You are 100% paying for the location... which is totally worth it if you have fishers with you. The pool/hot tub is not heated, so if it is rainy or cloudy the pool is freezing. The primary room was very very nice.

This house is a cat fish. The AI photos are not actually what it looks like. 1. MOLD all in the house.2. Host doesn’t answer text.3. Almost everything is broken in the house.4.very out dated.5.couches and carpet stained so bad.6.the chlorine in the POOl BURNED all the kids. 7.master bed frame is showed as a nice gray headboard but it’s not what is actually in the room.

We had a group of 5 families staying with us and it was very accommodating with all the sleeping arrangements. The communication with host was speedy. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials( silverware, coffee pots, pots and pans) everything we needed to cook for our families. Now everything wasn’t perfect, we had an issue with the outside garbage, and the maintenance was there to take care of it for, so to not upset our stay. We will rent from them again.

They were a little late getting it clean but after they were done it was good. Communication was pretty good. The family was happy and we had a great time! The kitchen could use some items. Mixer, the microwave didn’t , had another one that worked. Need a working fridge in the outdoor kitchen, would have made it easier to use. A few more cookie sheets, containers, potatoe peeler, I did bring one thank goodness. Thankyou

This house is really great for multiple families and kids. It's not really highlighted in the listing, but this house is on a double lot and the yard next to the house made for HOURS of enjoyment for our kids.

The property is very spacious, especially being on a double lot. The microwave didnt work and there were a lot of dead cockroaches outside. There is marble around the pool, which is shown in the pictures, but I didn't realize how unsafe that is. It was extremely slippery. The outdoor bar/kitchen area had not been cleaned. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything you would need.

This house is a heaven for catching fish. We had a blast during our stay. The house maintenance was a different story. There were lots of bug bodies around the pool area and the back door entrance on the second floor. We also found a molded K-Cup pod inside the K-Cup machine. The wifi passcode was not correct until we obtained a working one on the second day. The

Overall nice place, kids enjoyed fishing. Nice to have outside sink and area to clean fish! Checking in and out was good. Communication was okay, most questions were answered right away. But asked about keys to use community pier, had delayed response, which no key was found in kitchen, and kids were unable to use fishing pier which was a disappointment. As this was advertised as part of stay. Hard trouble with ice maker not making ice, which we found the switch was off. There was many areas of broken tiles around pool area, which one area was tripping hazard for my parents. Pool is not heated and extremely cold, which the kids did not use as we planned. Beach and gulf water was warmer then pool. Yard area was nice, which is not well advertised! Cockroach found, Must have bug problems.

This house was great for the location and size for our family. The price we paid would've been ok IF the owner would've applied to all the past complaints. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a major problem with the only refrigerator in the house. Since check-in is late in the afternoon we contacted the host first thing the next morning and maintenance was sent. The fridge wasn't fixable so a temporary refrigerator was sent(half the size of the one the house provided for 17 guests). This was the one and only thing that was taken care of for the rest of our stay. There's an under counter ice maker, it didn't work. The host response was it's not a listed amenity, so this would not be fixed. The spa with the pool had jets on upon our arrival. I asked the next day how to turn on. It's not a listed amenity so we could not use the jets in the spa.. this was the response for the pool lights and the water feature. Basically everything that wasn't on/working we were told it wasn't a listed amenity. Now, about the fishing pier access key. We had immediate responses for everything except for the key to the pier. We were told it was in the kitchen. We never found it and told the host it was not there. Silence. This was never resolved and we never gained access to the fishing pier. I would not recommend staying here. Not unless there was some way to prove the host has taken care of the repeated issues. To charge this amount and not fix repeated issues, they don't deserve more business

The location, size and view of the property were excellent, however the grass had no been cut which made the mosquitos much worse, I contacted the owner but the lawn service never came, I confirmed the use of the boat lift but it didn’t work, there was a big storm and my boat was damaged, the pool was to cool to use and the owner said there wasn’t a heater, but there is one. The property was run down and needed basic maintenance.
