The Riverside Retreat was a wonderful place to escape to with my family. The house accommodated all twelve of us very comfortably. There was plenty of room to spread out and it was excellent to have the three bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the deck with picnic tables, and the sandy beach a short up the river. Jamie and Charles were extremely gracious and prompt in communicating with us through the Vrbo site. We can highly recommend this lovely riverside retreat for anyone looking for a relaxing home away from home.

10/10, accurately described, beautiful location, great bedrooms to accommodate a 12 people comfortably. Furniture was nice and well curated. One of the most well stocked kitchens in a short term rental if you’re planning on cooking. Hot tub was clean in great condition, plenty of towels, gorgeous surrounding on the river. One of the best most relaxed times I’ve had with a group of my favorite people.

Great place. We had ten ladies that thoroughly enjoyed ouselves. They river sounds and trees were so relaxing.

The house is located on a incredible spot right on the Sandy River. We spent one evening next to the outdoor fire pit listening to the river flow by while the kids hung out in the hot tub. The host was very responsive and engaged. The house was in great shape when we arrived. You will definitely need to use the wi-fi as our cell phones had very limited reception in this remote area. The house was perfect for our large family gathering and had enough space for everyone to sleep and hang out.

Our book club chose this home for our annual retreat, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The roaring river just beyond the backyard was absolutely stunning and created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing weekend. We spent hours on the deck taking it all in, and the open kitchen and dining area made it easy for everyone to gather, cook, and connect.Every member of our group had nothing but positive things to say about the property. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to fully unwind after long days of conversation and reading. The only minor hiccup was that the record player didn’t have a needle, so we weren’t able to use it—but with a Bluetooth speaker on hand, it didn’t impact our stay.We loved this place so much that we’re already considering making it our permanent retreat spot. We would absolutely come back again.

Aside from being a lovely Mt. retreat, we took 3 (of so many possible) fantastic hikes and spent a day at and around Timberline lodge.
