This was a perfect spot to enjoy the beach and town. The condo had mostly all new finishes and had everything we needed. The beach gear was a bonus, and the first floor access with parking at the door was so convenient. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer all questions. Would stay here again.

The good:Location good. Short walk down the street to the beach.Beds were comfortable.The not so good:We contacted the property mgr. as two lights were out in a bathroom, there did not seem to be hot water in the kitchen, and a plug in the tub in another bathroom was broken so a plug was needed. Later the mgr. said we needed to let the kitchen water run longer for it to get hot, which we did. It was longer than we assumed it would need to be run. The mgr. then proceeded to repeatedly message us asking us to pay for half of the service call as it was deemed an "unnecessary service call." We replied that the light bulbs needed replacing, and the plug was left for the tub. Nevertheless, she continued to request the payment and when we asked if we could check out at 12 noon instead of 10am as no one was checking in, she said only if we paid for half of the service call. So, we checked out at 10. This experience was stressful, annoying, and unpleasant and was something we had never experienced at a VRBO before. Therefore, I cannot recommend this property.

This is a property I strongly recommend for families or groups who intend to stay close to the beach and avoid driving during vacation. Location is perfect, including short walk to the beach or lake, the free trolley stops in front of the property and neighborhood if very nice. The bed mattress are not firm, but nothing that bothers during a short stay. I want to repeat for sure!
