Beautiful, well furnished condo in Tremblant Les Eaux, with two bedrooms (king size beds), one sofa bed (queen size) and two bathrooms, Free parking, free shuttle and WIFI.
Close to the Ski Village, Golf, Trails and Lake Tremblant.
Perfect for families or couples wanting to take a break and enjoy the area’s many activities (Winter sports, Road or Mountain bike, Triathlon training, Golf, etc).
Surrounded by greenery with mountain view, it’s a bright and relaxing spot.
Heated tile floors and a wood-burning fireplace ensure warmth and coziness in winter. And in summer, ceiling fans in bedrooms and a balcony with barbecue let you enjoy the season in comfort. Second mountain-view balcony contains controlled gas fire table. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need for meal preparation (Includes Keurig Coffee machine). The living room is furnished with comfy sofas, Smart TV with Blue ray player, and a sound system, and wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and has a private on suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with another king size bed. Free high speed WiFi, cable available. On-site private laundry (W/D).
Personal ski locker storage and free private and visitor parking spots available.
The pool opens from July to September.

No parties. According to municipal by-laws, tranquility in condo units and on the Project has to be respected between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. No noise or nuisance shall be permitted during this time range.
Occupancy rules: maximum occupancy is 4 people.
Don’t leave anything (i.e. bikes) in common places.
No smoking inside the condo. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the common portions of the Project (such as aquatic facilities, lockers and common terraces), except for the parking lots and street. It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts or any other refuse on the ground of the Project.
Damage Policy: We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor, we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
The complex has the following rules for the pool area. Please, adhere to the rules for the safety of all guests:
· Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor (age 18+) at all times while using the aquatic installations.
· The operating hours must be respected by all co-owners and their tenants and
invitees. The doors of the aquatic facilities are programmed to lock permanently
outside the scheduled operating hours. Operating hours are currently from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
· Glass containers are strictly forbidden, only plastic containers are allowed on the
aquatic facilities.
· Lifeguard staff and other person having authority on the Project shall have the
authority to enforce all rules and regulations. Anyone who violates the rules or any reasonable requests made by the lifeguard staff or other person with authority may be evicted from the aquatic facilities.
· Children who are not toilet trained must wear rubber pants or pool pants (not regular diapers) at all times while using the aquatic facilities.
· Running, boisterous or rough play, pushing, acrobatics, dunking, wrestling, splashing, yelling, diving or jumping without care and caution, snapping of towels, improper conduct causing undue disturbances on or about the pool area or any act which would endanger any person are prohibited.
· No music will be tolerated in the pool area and aquatic facilities. The use of
headphones is allowed, provided the sound can only be heard by the user of said
headphones.
· Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool area and aquatic facilities.
· Any person having a skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold nasal or ear discharge, communicable disease or who is wearing any kind of bandage or Band-Aid to cover an open (unhealed) wound will not be permitted in the pool area and
spa. No one wearing socks, shoes, sandals or other non-bathing suit clothing will be tolerated in the pools and spas.
· No cooking will be tolerated in the pool areas and aquatic facilities. Owners and their guests may bring snacks in the pool area and aquatic facilities, provided they
promptly dispose of their refuse. Parties and groups lunch-out will not be tolerated in the pool areas and aquatic facilities, unless approved by a majority of the Syndicates of the Project.
· Swim toys, balls and the likes may be used at the discretion of the supervisor on duty.
· Any infraction to the aforementioned rules and regulations or to any provision of the co-ownership agreement will be sanctioned with a daily fee, at the sole discretion of the administrators of the Syndicate, for each day of disturbance, of a minimum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and a maximum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
