Description: Located in the resort of Echota, this downstairs Timbers floor plan condo (stair access only) features two level living with two living spaces. These spacious condos are great for two couples or a family with a child, each with their own space to enjoy. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room with gas log fireplace, primary bedroom, bathroom and ½ bath. Access to the covered deck is provided from the living room or the primary bedroom as well as the mountain views. The primary bedroom is spacious with the primary bathroom attached. Located downstairs is another living room area as well as the guest bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. There is also access to the covered deck downstairs through the living room or guest bedroom. This condo is downstairs with stair access only (7 stairs total).

Owners have added a new king size bed, with an Oxford Plush mattress and box spring, for a luxurious and restful sleeping experience.

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Beautiful place in a great location. Pictures online are accurate and it was very clean at arrival. We loved how this was close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet with great views. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Very clean. Excellent condo. Location is great - close to Boone and about twenty minutes from Sugar ski resort.

We loved our stay here. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. The location was convenient to downtown Boone, Blowing Rock and Grandfather Mountain. The homeowners have thought of everything. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The check in/check out process was simply and convenient. Would highly recommend.

Overall, we had a wonderful time in the mountains and really enjoyed our stay! The property was just as described in the listing and was very clean and welcoming upon arrival.One small issue we did experience was with communication. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the host during our stay because the listed email address for reservations and guest information repeatedly rejected my emails as “blocked.” Thankfully, we did not have any urgent issues arise, but having a reliable way to contact the host would be helpful for future guests.The only other feedback we would offer is regarding the queen-size bed in the lower-level bedroom. The mattress was extremely firm and unfortunately quite uncomfortable for us. We tried sleeping there for one night, but ultimately ended up sleeping on the couch the second night because of the discomfort. We would suggest considering a mattress topper or replacement in the future to make the space more comfortable for guests.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and had a great experience enjoying the mountains and the property. We appreciate the opportunity to stay here and hope this feedback is helpful for future guests!

We’re sorry to hear you had difficulty reaching us by email. We do want to clarify that our check-in instructions, which were emailed prior to arrival, included our 24/7 emergency contact number for any urgent needs during the stay. Our office was also open all day Saturday and is conveniently located at the entrance to the community. In addition, community security was onsite throughout the weekend, and their contact number was also provided in the check-in information. We appreciate your feedback regarding the queen mattress as well and will certainly take your comments into consideration as we evaluate the comfort of the property. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re happy you enjoyed your time in the mountains and hope to welcome you back again in the future!
