The Stone House of Beaver Island
This unique home is located just a few miles from the town area on the corner of Kings Highway and Paid En Ogs Road. The home was built in the 1800’s with current updates while keeping its historic charm. Sleeps 6 comfortably ( 4 Adults 2 children). There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths: 1st bedroom (Full size bed) is located on the main floor with an additional sitting space; there is a bathroom located on the main floor off the living area. The 2nd large bedroom (queen size bed) is located upstairs with a full bathroom. Recently added a Day bed with a trundle on the enclosed front porch (this is perfect for 2 children). Kitchen has newer appliances and is equipped with all the comforts of home. There is a deck of the living area for outdoor enjoyment along with a firepit. Beautiful landscaping throughout the property along with a couple groomed trails. Additional amenities: Linens and bath towels are included, Roku TV, Wifi, washer & dryer, dishwasher.
Weekly rate: $1,400. + $200. cleaning fee + $200. security deposit

We loved our stay in this completely charming house! The grounds were beautiful, the house was full of character and yet comfortably up to date, and the frogs in the pond were the best neighbors :) We made so many great memories here, and look forward to returning.

The place was immaculate, and it was so quaint. It has a wonderful backyard with a fire pit, all as listed on VRBO. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances, excellent pots and pans. Great location if you want to be slightly out of town and see "dark skies". Would love to return!!

What an amazing, historic, beautiful property on Beaver Island! So many original touches to keep it quaint, but enough updates to make it comfortable. One of the best getaways we've had.

What a lovely cottage-like home on Beaver Island! We spent our time there outdoors roaming the large yards that wound through trees and flower beds, sitting on the deck while admiring the view, and gathering around the firepit to watch the stars and the Milky Way spangle the night sky. Charming may be an overused word in describing homes, but Stone House deserves it. It is thoughtful designed for maximum comfort. The many windows create light-filled rooms. Carefully renovated original parts of the dwelling blend seamlessly with the additionalspaces. The kitchen is the best equipped I’ve ever seen in a vacation rental property. Stone House is conveniently located just 3.5 miles from town on a paved road, but it is surrounded by fields and forests. The only neighbors we saw were deer, wild turkeys, birds, and butterflies. The peace, quiet, and calm of Stone House are truly restorative.

Beautiful!
What a great house and property! There are trails through the woods and a super private backyard. We saw deer in the yard several times just meandering through. 10/10 would recommend.
