Inside, enjoy a spacious living room with a 65” smart TV, ample seating & fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen/dining room, 3 inviting bedrooms—each with ceiling fans and smart TV’s & 2 full bathrooms.
The basement game room is loaded with entertainment, including 1 large smart tv, air hockey, basketball, skee-ball, Foosball table, and a puzzle/game table with puzzles, board games provided. A bonus room with a bed and dresser & full bathroom which offers flexible space for extra guests. A cozy second living room with 1 large smart tv for movie nights or rainy days.
Outdoors, enjoy the large deck with plenty of seating, a propane firepit, and a gas grill—perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing evenings. For a classic campfire experience, head to the wood-burning firepit with seating, tucked into the driveway area for a cozy, rustic vibe. The home backs to open farmland, offering added privacy and peaceful views.
Water lovers can take advantage of the boat slip (bring your own boat!) and enjoy our single and tandem kayaks (provided) for easy lake adventures.
