Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including all in-unit amenities: kitchen, living/sleeping area, balcony and private bathroom.
Guests can also enjoy common areas of the building such as the lobby and elevators.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and building.
Pets are not allowed.
No illegal activities are permitted.
Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay.
Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 9 AM to respect other residents.
Additional services such as cleaning, airport transfer, car rental, and private tours are available upon request (not included in the price).
Guests must coordinate check-out with our team to allow for apartment inspection.
A cleaning fee may be charged if the apartment is left excessively dirty.
Lost or unreturned key cards will result in a replacement fee.
Any damage or missing items will be reported, and a compensation request submitted to Airbnb.
In cases of serious damage, theft, or illegal activity, we reserve the right to report the incident to local authorities.
