Great house! I’m so glad that we chose this area to stay in. Would not have been as pleased with the Kona area. This coast & neighborhood was beautiful! Pool access was 2 houses away. Card access to parking next to beach with complimentary beach loungers & some with sun shade. Pack or rent snorkeling gear! House was perfect! Clean, spacious & had all things needed to cook- also beach towels! Would recommend this house for a large family.

This property is very large and very nice. It is very well equipped with everything needed for the beach and for a nice stay. The host was particularly responsive and cared about the enjoyment of our stay.

This is amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable— would stay again if we have a big group! Loved the beach and pool areas (it took us a little bit to find the pools😂) Loads of room to spread out!

Great area and Beautiful Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house with open space, inside and outside private places to relax, large community pool and hot tub, fitness center, clean and quiet grounds (even over spring break). There were people at the pool, but it never felt crowded, and we always multiple places to choose from poolside.We spent a week, 5 adults and 2 kids. The house was roomy with an open floor plan for family time, yet private areas for down time too. Plenty of pots, pans, spice rack for basics, coffee pot and Keurig. There were games and puzzles and multiple paid channels on Roku. Garage was stocked with multiple beach chairs, snorkel gear, pool floats and beach towels. There is a close grocery store and the Mauni Lani Beach Resort was a short drive (less than 10 minutes). The water is great—easy for swimming and snorkeling from the beach. We saw a large variety of fish without having to pay for a guided trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was there with my three adult children, their spouses and three grandchildren aged 20 months, 5 y, and 7y. The house was clean and we were all comfortable during our stay. It was really nice having the dining table that fit all of us around it. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs, coolers etc. for use. It was nice having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club's Lagoon. It was close by and perfect for the kids. The property manager was responsive to our questions and needs. Overall, it was a great experience. I would return for another visit.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Spacious and clean. The location was perfect! Mike, property manager, was very responsive and attentive to anything we needed! We would recommend to anyone as well as our own future returns to this Island. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Amazing location

Spent our Christmas holidays in this amazing house. The managers ensured we had everything we needed for our stay over the holidays. We haven't stayed on this part of the island before and were hesitant being so far away, but the beaches were wonderful, snorkeling was amazing. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Great Stay

Great location and family friendly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Mauna Lani many times at this point. Sometimes its condos, other times its larger homes. Kamilo 110 was as expected and overall was a great stay. The property was as described and in a great location if you want to be within walking distance - or a short drive - to beaches, resorts, etc. A few notes and a couple points where the PM could do better. The home is somewhat dated, with pretty tired decor. Its expensive to furnish a large home like this, but for the price and location, they could do a lot better with the design. No living room rug or extra seating (besides dining chairs) meant that the sofa is only comfortable for about 4-5 people. No rug under the coffee table made the space cold and uninviting. There are 6 different remotes for the TV and various equipment. Several were missing or had dead batteries. It was not intuitive to operate the TV. Finally the most frustrating aspect was that we asked to check in early by a couple hours as we were moving from another rental and had cold food/milk, etc. Management could have let us stash a few items but they refused. In fact, they stopped answering my texts and directed me to the website where you could pay $$ to check in early. For the amount of money and the fact that no one was in the house before us (yes we checked) they could have made an exception. I was told that its really expensive and management is looking for ways to make more $ and thus we have the early check in fee. Finally, if you have anything over a mid-size vehicle you will not fit in the garage (owners car is parked in there) and you won't fit on the short driveway. Just a heads up. Otherwise everything was great and the place worked for our group of 8.

Amazing Home

The beach club, grocery store, and many restaurants are walk-able (highly recommend Canoe House). There are two pristine pools that are a few steps away as well. We loved our stay here!

Wonderful stay on The Big Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at our unit. It was clean, well equipped, and all the comforts at home. We had a party of 9 for this trip and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a great location on the Kona side of the island close to beaches and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for sure! The company was great to us with answering our questions and helping us last minute when the original unit we rented sold and was no longer available for us, they fixed us up and didn’t leave us panicking trying to find somewhere to stay. They were very helpful!

We ran out of garbage bags, I called the property management representative (Mike) and we were supplied with them immediately. We felt very safe in the gated community. The location is great. I would recommend staying there and would stay there again.
