Perfect family vacation spot. Steps from the beach, but the pool and jacuzzi for family time was wonderful! The hosts were supremely helpful whenever we had questions and we would absolutely rent this home in the future.

Our family stayed together , 3 groups of cousins in our own rooms and had our own bathroom. Our entire group loved the amenities and high end appliances and finishes, and bedding. House is very clean and not worn. Beds were super comfortable. Having AC in that area is a treat but not needed during October. The pool and hot tub worked out so nicely for a small family gathering and was able to heat the pool quickly- Kelly was very prompt and attentive with communication. So many amenities in walking distance. Loved it.

Our stay was wonderful. After a neighbor's dog was barking a significant portion of our first night our host quickly rectified the problem and we slept well after. Communication was great. But the home is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. Great location to both the beach and main strip with plenty of restaurants and fun. Highly recommend!

A super great host and rental, our stay could not have been any better! Everything was in perfect working order, and the house is fully remodeled with very high end finishes and expert craftmanship. The house is a half block from a great beach, and a couple minute walk to the best dining, nightlife, and shopping in Long Beach on 2nd Street, and a short walk to groceries; you can park your car for your entire stay and just relax. We searched for other properties after we saw this listing but couldn't find anything as perfect as this was for us, we had a wonderful time and plan to book again.

This house looked great in the pictures, but was even better once we arrived. House had everything we needed and we were truly able to relax. House was clean and had nice finishes and truly felt like a high end beach house. We slept as good in the beds as we do at home. Bathroom finishes were great and done with great taste. Hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We visit family in Long Beach quite often and we re hoping in the future to stay here every time we visit. Would highly recommend this spot.

Very nice rental - beautifully renovated, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, spa like bathrooms. We had some difficulty with Google Home and Kelly was extremely responsive. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool, while we relaxed in the hot tub! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and excellent location. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the beach is so close. House had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. Hosts were so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful property with lots of amenities!

It was a very nice and cozy property, with so many amenities to enjoy, from games to jacuzzi and pool, and very comfortable beds. Amazing hospitality! I will go back! Close to the beach too.

Drove from Utah to California to visit family. The home was beautiful inside and out! The location is perfect! Walking distance to coffee, shops and the beach. The home was clean and cozy and Kelly was easy to get a hold of to answer any questions we had. We would love to stay here again!

My family had an ideal stay at this beach cottage. The location is amazing as it’s so close to the beach as well as cafes on 2nd street. On top of that the house itself is immaculate, tastefully remodelled and furnished, and incredibly well-organized. Every detail has been thought out from the kitchen, linens, and other amenities including a gorgeous pool and front porch dining area and grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!

Absolutely perfect vacation rental. 6 of us were in town for a family wedding, agreed ranged from 35 to 85. We loved the house. Spacious, clean, incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was great, safe, quiet, and close to shops/restaurants and the beach. Easy parking. Most importantly, top notch communication with the hosts, even though we didn’t need anything.Highly recommended.

This was a perfect house for our local staycation! The house was lovely and fully stocked with plenty of towels-higher end kitchenware- toilet paper, games etc. walking distance to 2nd street, our car remained parked most of the time. Kelly was responsive and easy to communicate with.

We absolutely loved the Belmont Beach House hosted by Kelly and Stephen! This place is a gem - great location, walking distance to nearby beaches and the popular Second Street restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub are a great addition to the beautiful home. Everything was top notch-quality and very comfortable. And the hosts were so great- very responsive with anything that came up. We will be returning, for sure!

This house was amazing and the pictures of the pool and hot tub do not even do it justice! A private oasis that provided exactly what we needed when coming to CA with our 2.5 year old for medical reasons. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach and was easily able to get packages delivered if needed. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen has all that you need and the TVs were big and had all of our favorite apps! Laundry worked great and super easy to come and go as you please. Communicating with Kelly was a breeze! I felt like she was my friend after talking to her a bit so probably reached out too much LOL but she never made me feel like a bother and even offered to bring a package into the house for me a few days before our arrival. She also purchased a booster seat that my daughter loved and used every day! Can’t recommend this house enough and we will be back!! 10/10!!

The hot tub was a fantastic bonus — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it easy to cook and feel right at home.Overall, this home exceeded all expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend!The host was absolutely incredible! She was always in touch and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Whenever we asked for recommendations on where to eat or what to do, she offered so many thoughtful suggestions that perfectly matched our tastes and interests. Her communication was exceptional — quick, friendly, and genuine. Even after we left, she stayed in contact and continued to check in, which meant so much to us. She truly cares about her guests and makes you feel completely at home. Honestly, she’s one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — simply amazing!

Check-in was smooth, and the keycode door access worked fine. When opening the garage, look for the opener in the hallway/ laundry room on the wall (it is not in the garage), haha. The kitchen and breakfast area were very nice and updated. This is a great place to bring your own food and cook your own food for your friends and family if that's what you want to do. The living room was comfortable, we all watched a movie in the living room, and that was great. Wifi access was strong and easy to access through a QR code or the check-in booklet on the counter. Everything is new and freshly remodeled, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and all the bathrooms are really nice. The pool and spa was the best part. Transport access for your cars won't be a problem, can fit up to 3 vehicles comfortably. Uber and Lyft pick-ups work great too. Had an overall great experience and would come back again. Hosts were friendly and helpful too!
