A charming, walkable mid city spot on a quiet street with easy parking. We had access to all the amenities we could ever need within our private space. Scott, our host, was so friendly, communicative, and offered wonderful NOLA tips. It was the perfect place for a good night’s rest and early morning coffee on the front porch swing.

Clean, comfortable and adorable house in a great neighborhood! This house was exactly what we wanted and definitely made our stay in New Orleans more enjoyable. The host was easy to contact at any time and when he wasn’t, he let us know ahead of time (and we really didn’t need him). Everything we needed to know was in the listing. The bed and pillows were comfortable (a big thing for us) and everything felt very clean. Apartment has washer/dryer, dishwasher and regular coffee pot, microwave and full kitchen. There were essentials in the kitchen and bathroom in the event we needed anything.We love to park our car (no issues on this street, which felt very safe) and take the trolley everywhere. It’s a short walk to the stop on Canal street. We came and went, even late at night, and always felt safe.Will stay here again!! Highly recommend.

We cannot overstate how grateful we are to have found this cute, well located place. Our experience meeting Scott and Shelly and getting a chance to stay in their VRBO was one of the high points of our trip. We were visiting NOLA for a week and we could not have found a more perfect place to stay or more pleasant people to have had as our hosts. The listing was clean, tidy, well maintained, well appointed, and was an absolutely perfect place to have stayed to set off from in the morning and to return to after a day out on the town. You could also be comfortable and content to stay in the apartment all day to rest if needed. Their house is perfectly situated where you can access most areas of the city with ease taking public transportation, via rental car, and even walking to an extent. There is on street parking with options for additional parking in close proximity. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant. Our hosts were so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable in their recommendations for fun things to do in the city. The bench swing on the porch is lovely. Our host, Scott, has his photography hanging in the apartment which is such a lovely touch, and really added to the overall experience of having a chance to see the artwork of an excellent artist based out of New Orleans. We cannot recommend their listing enough. If we visit New Orleans again we will be sure to stay with them again.

We love mid-city and this is a great jumping-off point for any New Orleans adventure. Scott is an amazing host - communicative and helpful. The home is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. 10/10 we will be staying her again and have already recommended it to friends headed to NOLA.

Host was extremely communicative and accommodating regarding anything that cropped up. Rental was clean, well equipped, and situated in a great spot for accessing everywhere I wanted to get in the city.

Scott was an amazing host, location was perfect for our functions at City Park and in Mid-City. But grab a 3 JazzyPass for the street car in walking distance and get to (or close enough) all sorts of other parts of NOLA. Would (and probably will) book again.
