View was spectacular , the place was clean and tidy; the bed was super uncomfortable, As was the couch bed and the couch the bathtub was cracked and soft in places felt like you might step through at any moment.

Great room and place to stay.

Everything was great! Only complaint on the cleanliness was the shower was a little dirty and floors were a little sandy as to be expected. Great view and awesome location. Clean beaches and chair service is available. They have parasailing and the banana boat near, pretty awesome location!

Great location and view

This property was amazing. GORGEOUS view and within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. I even ended up extending my stay by another night because I wasn't ready to leave. I will absolutely be returning.

Great stay!

Everything was great! We had a good time and the service was spot on! I will recommend. The only thing that I would suggest is making it more clear where the office is to check in.

Nice Place , Easy Beach access!

This is our 3rd year in a row to go and stay . Nice little place - quiet, comfortable bed . This particular room 1605 doesn’t have a washer and dryer. But everything else was fine.

The views and area are amazing! Can walk to a lot of places from building. It could use some extra cleaning. I did let management know and they said they would look into it. The management was very nice and responsive. I am from Pensacola raised so knew the area in advance.

Just What We Wanted!

The unit was exactly as described. Just big enough for us. My only wish is that it could've had a washer and dryer, but we knew that going in so it wasn't a problem. All and All I would definitely stay here again!!!

The property needs upgrades. The bathtub has a good bit of mold/mildew around the mat. My wife really had issues with that, along with the toilet that had not been cleaned well.Wi-Fi access was good, the bed was comfortable, access to the beach was great, and the staff was nice.

Clean and perfect location

No problems except that we were on the 16th floor and the door did not seal properly. It was very windy during our stay and the wind/whistling was very loud.
