The place was perfect! The check-in process couldn’t be easier. Location was secured and we never felt un-safe. It was about 15 min from Rosarito and 5 from Puerto Nuevo, the perfect distance if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax. The small amount of rooms insured no overcrowding and the everyone was just a pleasure to be around. We will definitely be going back soon.

My wife and I really enjoyed the stay, very nice area for a weekend getaway. We have a great advantage near grocery stores and restaurants.

I have waited a week to leave this review. I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the weekend. The condo is in a great location and sits directly above the pool. The weekend I stayed was exceptionally hot. The unit does not have air conditioning and I did not think to ask before the stay. Upon walking into the unit was unreasonably hot. There are ceiling fans, but that is no help in such temperature. I immediately asked if I could stay for 1 night and have a refund for the 2nd night, which was denied. I spent hours going around town trying to find another floor fan to purchase. We spent are entire stay with the door open trying for some kind of air flow. Mean while I was in touch, complaining to the host, which did nothing to try and help. I should of been able to leave and not pay for the 2nd night. This was unfair and as a rent we r with many options I expected better management and customer service. I will not be staying in this location in the future.

I have stayed at vacation rentals all over the world. This was the first time I have ever stayed at a vacation rental that did NOT include towels. While we enjoyed our stay, here is a list of items that future guest might want to bring with them because they were NOT present. Bath towels, beach towels, oven mits, aluminum foil, cling film, salt and pepper, any other seasoning herbs and spices, BBQ long lighter (BBQ wouldn't lite on its own) kitchen tongs, plastic spachula for non stick pans, kitchen towels, dish cloth, cloths hangers (there was only a few) and stake knifes. I didn't think to look if there was a TV. There was a TV mount on the wall but no TV. If I would have know, I would have brought my laptop. The hot tub wasn't working when we arrived but was fixed the next morning. Other then that, the location was great, it was clean and security was great.
