📝 Rental Agreement & Booking Terms

All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of your stay. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:
• You accept and are bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You agree to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
• You understand a background check may be required if mandated by the property owner or management.
• You acknowledge that check-in instructions may be withheld until all verification steps have been completed.

Verification Timeline:
• Standard bookings: Required information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking.
• Same-day bookings: Required within 1 hour of booking.

Failure to complete the verification process within the stated timeframe may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis depending on size and type. Please notify us in advance and be transparent about your pet to avoid potential cancellation.

Additional Pet Cleaning Fees:
• 1–4 Nights: $25 per night
• 5–29 Nights: $200 flat fee
• 30+ Nights: $300 flat fee
