Wonderful pet friendly stay, truly a unique experience. Even though some of our plans were affected by the rain it was still a lovely stay and we were able to enjoy nature by relaxing in the indoor garden. Joe was very hospitable and made sure we were comfy.

Susan and Joe were among the nicest hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Their property is absolutely beautiful — classic, charming style with lush plants and flowers throughout. The garden is stunning, complete with a BBQ that made for perfect evenings outdoors. Our puppy "Gucci" instantly made friends with the hosts’ dogs and had the time of his life — that alone tells you everything about the warmth of this place! If you’re looking for peace, relaxation, and genuine hospitality, look no further. We will absolutely be back.Highly recommended!— Shaun & Khatia

The most lovely stay for my Fiancé and two pups! The house and neighborhood are all just absolutely adorable and the hosts are the sweetest. We will definitely stay here again and suggest that you book it as well! we had a wedding to attend at Wrights Mill Farm in Canterbury, and this was the perfect place - an easy 20 minute drive away.

Hidden Gem

Property is decorated like an English garden. The cottage is absolutely stunning and well worth the expense. I've stayed at many rentals and I can tell you this place raises the bar in terms of charm, cleanliness, and value. I would definitely book again if in the area.

Wonderful and unique guest cottage! I am a plant and vintage lover so I really enjoyed the greenhouse, gardens, and all of the unique items - great space to enjoy morning coffee. The owners, Joe & Susan, could not have been nicer or more accommodating of me and my husband and our dog. Orchids are incredible!
