We enjoyed the location and having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The view was awesome and we loved being right on the beach. Downside was bugs (roaches and flies) and noise echoing from a shared corridor brought loud voices right into our bedrooms and living space.

Pretty clean but there were some roaches. Needs to be updated - screen going outside was stuck, the blinds were hard to use. We have stayed here before and thought there were updates, however, it was exactly the same as before. Mattresses seemed old and creaky… no AC, definitely a 3 star rating not a 5 star rating

An excellent stay! My father in law has mobility issues and management answered my accessibility questions in detail and promptly. This beachside home was exactly what we had wanted. The patio goes right up to the beach with a perfect view of the ocean from the living room. The home was clean, management was attentive when needed, the check in/check out process was seamless. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable family trip!

The location of this home cannot be beat. The home and amenities provided by Tower 17 leave much to be desired.The home lacked basic amenities including trash bags, salt and pepper and decent pots and pans. Also of note were the cheap and poorly constructed bedroom furniture and lumpy mattresses. I would expect a home at this price point to meet a higher standard. The coin operated washer and dryer being an example of how nickel and dime this management company operates.We had reoccurring plumbing issues and had plumbers/service technicians at the home for over 6 hours with 3 separate visits before we had resolution. Not only could we not do our dishes or wash our hands in the kitchen we had to prep vegetables and food in the bathroom sink. Everytime someone showered the sink would fill up with brown dirty water. I was told on 2 separate occasions that someone from management would be in touch and now over 36 hours later I have yet to hear from anyone.I cannot recommend this rental nor would I choose a Tower 17 managed property based upon my experience.

The view was good, but some things were not, like the refrigerator, which was old and rusted. The ceiling in one of the bathrooms was leaking. The door to the master bedroom's bathroom was broken at the bottom. It would have been better if they had upgraded the rooms and bathrooms. I don't think the price is worth it. Don't get me wrong, the view is nice, but that's about it. The people upstairs were loud, had their kids running around, and were moving furniture around all night. Another thing: the furniture was dirty.

Host was welcoming. We had an issue with a car blocking the opening to the garage, they very quickly resolved it. We enjoyed the fire pit (very easy to use). There were plenty of towels for inside and the beach. The location can't be beat. We walked to the pier for breakfast, groceries nearby, water is so close you can hear the waves from the back bedroom at night.We had the place to ourselves, not sure what it would have been like to have a family in the unit above. I would recommend this place to friends if they want a beachfront home that is easy to access and close to shopping and other activities/restaurants.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Plenty of space to hangout inside and out for our group. Good communication and easy process. Lots of beach toys chairs etc. would definitely stay again

This message is for any family or business outing. This property has the best location of Newport Beach River jetties we were there on the biggest swell event, which had the greatest surfing and bodyboarding priceless view. Property is historic original build very quiet very pleasant great ocean breeze, but again the best view and location in Newport Beach.
