We loved this home for my 40th birthday!! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen well stocked to be able to cook at home. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Added bonus of porch swing beds. Host is very responsive via text. Helpful website with guide to the home and area. Will be back!

Wonderful house, clean, well-kept, hosts were pleasant and helpful, pool and elevator were well worth the rental cost, convenient location, quiet. Had all the amenities and any questions we had were answered promptly and any concerns were taken care of immediately. Would stay again at this rental!

This property is in an amazing location, it’s very walkable to the surrounding beach towns. It’s in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The house itself is beautiful, with an amazing outdoor pool area. The host was very responsive with any questions that we had! This was such a great vacation, and made even better by the house and its amenities!

This is a great house! Perfect location. We were so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The layout of the house is fantastic for multiple families and we appreciated the first floor master and elevator for a family member who has trouble with stairs. The house was clean and ready on time. When we asked for extra sheets for the sofa bed, they were delivered in minutes. The bikes provided were perfect too. I highly recommend this property!

September beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience with this rental property. There were several things not working quite right, but the property management company was very responsive in trying to get them addressed. Great communication before, during, and after the rental period. Some items that had to be addressed were the rain shower head in master bathroom was busted and unusable, the lighter for the fire pit was non-functional and needed a new battery, and the microwave in the cottage house had issues. The short walk to the beach was very convenient as we didn't have to cross the main road. It was also away from most of the heavy traffic areas of Rosemary beack, but still walkable.
