This is an excellent property!! You can’t beat being steps from the river. The home was clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Everything was awesome! We will definitely stay there when we come back! It was clean and in a great location on the river! Communication was top notch as well!

We'll Be Back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this property, the management and maintenance support was awesome. There was a few minor issues with the blinds and screen doors but nothing that distracted from our stay. The most fully furnished rental house we have ever used, it has absolutely everything you need and more.

A Beautiful Getaway on the Rio Grande

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home sitting on the Rio Grande only 15 minutes from Creede. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rocky’s House. The house was warm and cozy, with up-to-date appliances, the perfect place to unwind and relax. We loved having coffee on the covered deck and watching the geese and ducks along the river with the mountains right in front of you.

Fantastic week by the river!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the nicest homes we've rented anywhere, hands down. This one just also happens to be directly on a stunning part of the Rio Grande minutes away from Creede, and within a few miles of some great trails to explore the San Juans. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river then casually walk a few steps down to the river with your fly rod! The home itself is new build and stunning. So well thought out and designed for the location. We really enjoyed the decor and art throughout the home and learning more about it. Home was miticulously clean, well stocked with eveyrthing you need, and property management was great with a quick to response to questions.Just perfect, we will be back!

What a review, thank you! We're so glad this home lived up to the setting, because that stretch of the Rio Grande near Creede is hard to beat. Coffee on the deck with the river right below, then a short walk down with your fly rod, is about as good as mornings get. We're thrilled you enjoyed the art and decor too. So much thought went into making the house feel like it belongs right there in the San Juans, and it's lovely to hear that came through. Thank you for the kind words about our team as well. My family (husband, 8 and 9 year old) recently spent three nights and it was not enough. The location is picturesque. We spent most of our time on the back patio, around the fire pit, listening to the river, playing corn hole, fishing - soaking in the beauty. The house is extremely comfortable - decor is well done - house stocked with the necessities and more. Our kids already asked when we can visit again. 10 out of 10!
