Great amenities- with ocean, pool and hot tub, there was fun for everyone. The kitchen was the best-equipped of any beach house we have rented. It was great to have the linens provided. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet at night, providing time for restful sleep. There was enough space for the family to spread out and have individual time or gather and watch TV, talk or play games. We appreciated Aimee's quick responses to any questions and we will go back.

Wonderful location, quiet community with a great pool. House was very clean and had comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, and a large pantry. 2 decks that were shaded all afternoon, and a lovely walkway with a shower and gazebo -perfect to rinse off and drop the sand toys and chairs! Aimee was a very attentive host throughout the whole process and ensured that our family had a perfect vacation!

This Property was a great fit for our family of fourteen. Being on the ocean beachfront made enjoying the surf and sun very convenient. The community pool was excellent with cabanas space for shade. The house itself was well stocked, the kitchen and other amenities made meals and prep work easy. The Hot Tub was well-maintained. The dining room area did not fit the entire family, but adults and kids managed well. Bedrooms worked out fine. Overall, Aimee was an excellent and gracious host and I would highly recommend her and Villa Mare.

The deck needs some maintenance and the HOA pool was shut down for our entire stay with little explanation We booked this house for the pool access for our littles Very inconvenient

We apologize for the disappointment regarding the community pool closure during your stay. Unfortunately, the pool maintenance is entirely managed by the HOA, making it completely out of our personal control. As soon as we were notified of the closure for safety repairs of the pool deck, we did our best to keep you updated with every piece of information we received from the HOA on the status of the pool. Because we understand how important pool access was for your family, we also issued a partial refund to help make up for the inconvenience. We always aim to provide a 5-star experience and appreciate your communication throughout your stay.
