Beautiful property. Accurate listing. We have stayed at mainsail condos for over 15 years for our family beach trips, and stayed in well over 40 different condos. This was by far the nicest one we have ever stayed at, and had the most spectacular views. Would love to stay here again.

This property is just like the pictures show. It was a beautiful end unit that had beautiful views of the ocean throughout the unit. The balcony was large and extended around the corner of the unit. The amenities were all very close. The beach access was an elevator ride away and you could easily walk out to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay

My husband and I stayed a month. It was beautiful and close to shopping. Parking was a little tough by we loved the condo and location. Very private being a end unit.

Check in was seamless, upon arrival the condo was very clean with exception of normal wear and tear spots in rug. The view was magnificent with the condo length balcony access and the waves creating a continuous melody that can be seen and heard from anywhere in the unit. Access is secured 24x7 and the beach traffic was moderate. Perfect!

The condo itself looked nice, but unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by several significant issues. The master bedroom and bathroom stayed extremely hot throughout our entire stay, even though we kept the curtains closed at all times. Meanwhile, the other bedroom was very cold, so there was clearly an issue with maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the unit.The biggest problem was the water. We experienced TWO separate water shutoffs during our stay, and each time we were without water for more than 8 hours. This meant no showers, no laundry, and difficulty even using the toilets. We also had to purchase our own water and supplies because of the outages.Considering that this happened twice during a vacation we paid a significant amount of money for, we do not feel we were appropriately compensated for the inconvenience and disruption. We attempted to address the situation with management, but ultimately were very disappointed with how it was handled.The unit may look nice in the photos, but based on our experience with the temperature issues, repeated loss of water, and the response afterward, we would not stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. While we’re sorry the building-wide water interruptions impacted your stay, we do want to provide some additional context for future guests. The water shutoffs were an unexpected building issue completely outside of the homeowner’s or our management company’s control, and the building worked diligently, including very late into the evening, to restore service as quickly as possible. Despite this being outside of our control, we still provided what we felt was very fair compensation for the inconvenience. We were surprised to read about the A/C concerns, as this was never reported to us at any point during your stay. We communicated with you frequently and would have immediately sent our maintenance team had we known there was a temperature issue. We have also had no reported A/C problems with the unit before or after this reservation, so unfortunately we were never given an opportunity to investigate or resolve this concern while you were there. Our team remained responsive throughout the stay and continued working with you regarding the water interruption and your requests for compensation. We responded promptly, communicated openly, and compensated fairly for circumstances beyond our control. We’re proud of this beautifully remodeled Gulf-front condo and the many guests who have had wonderful experiences here, and we regret that your stay was negatively impacted by an unforeseen building issue.

The location is directly facing the beach with an amazing balcony and large windows at every room. It’s modern, comfortable, cozy, quiet and inviting! The decor is perfect and great for a retreat or longer stay! The unit was fully functional and equipped to get up and going on day one.

This was the best condo we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve had many vacas over the years. The ocean view from literally everyplace in the condo was awesome. Very clean, modern look but yet cozy. Having beach chairs and umbrella Inc helped with less packing. Would def come back her again.

Beautiful Condo and View

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Mainsail! The oceanfront balcony and the view of the ocean from inside the condo made this condo one of the best we’ve stayed in! Would definitely stay here again!

Breath taking view

The condo was everything we wanted. Views are breathtaking from every room. Will definitely stay here again.
