Miss Evelyn was amazing!! She drove in a thunderstorm to make sure that we arrived safely and brought us flashlights because the storm knocked the power out. House was very cozy and not far from eureka. Perfect getaway

Evelyn answers her phone in response to text very efficiently. Plane, comfortable things are very easy in this rental. Tiny one bed, one pullout couch. Make sure you are comfortable. A hot tub is very nice. Staying here was very peaceful. Make sure you're not running around going in and out of the house. Because it's hard to get back home and leave again. House is for sale could be turned into an awesome rental actually could be 2 units.

It was good, the description said private but you can see the neighbors garage from the hot tub also the hot tub needed drained and put new water in. It also said whole house not just the basement, there was no thermostat, no hot plate for indoor cooking but there was pans. The bbq only used partial burners. It would be nice if I never stayed at a bnb before this.

Was the perfect place for my wife and I to get a few days of rest and relaxation. Spent most of our time out on the deck and in the hot tub. Very quiet and relaxing. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be booking this one again if we are ever back in the area!

My fiancee and I stayed here in April of 2026, and while we had a little bit of miscommunication at check in the host worked with us to straighten things out, resolve our issue in person, and ensure that we had a great vacation. Based on our experience the future of this place is in good hands and we'd definitely look at staying at this place again in the future. The privacy of the woods and the hot tub location are unbeatable. Our first morning in town I saw a bald eagle fly by while laying in bed and that was a once in a lifetime experience for me. The views and the woods out back with the patio and hot tub are absolutely awesome and the place has a real curated and eclectic vibe that fits with the Eureka Springs area perfectly.

Beautiful and clean property in a quiet area! Checking in was simple. He even left recommendations for hiking trails and restaurants, the ones we tried were amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

Property was okay. The deck is in need of repair. The upper deck unusable due to broken stair. The rail was loose on the lower deck. When attempting to use the hot tub there was shale in it that had not been clean. The bathroom sink was dirty on arrival. The walls had marks and stains in the kitchen and bedroom. There was mildew/mold on the platform holding the mini fridge. Unable to cook as there's only a microwave. The lights outside did not work making getting down stairs dangerous. There is not a thermostat so unable adjust tempThe view was beautiful. The host came to clean the hot tub and was very responsive to messages. The bed was comfortable.Overall an average stay. We were disappointed due to the almost 600 cost vs the value.

Great lakeside spot

Great little house, perfect size for the 2 of us. The patio with the hot tub is great and the view of the lake is absolutely beautiful.

We loved our stay. The bed was comfy. The decor was great and the deck was amazing. So quiet and peaceful. We loved the tips that Jack left and got to see a few things we didn’t know about.
