We stayed at Grotto House the final week of December. We booked the home for a few reasons: it offered a great floor plan for a family of 5 along with a chef and boat Captain. We also wanted to be close to the middle of the Exumas to fish, and the dockage was nice for a large center console boat. We found the accommodations to be great, the views were spectacular, the location perfect, and the dock set up was all we could have hoped for.Everyone was comfortable and all had their own privacy. The layout of the home allowed us to have privacy while having our chef butler and captain have their own areas.I highly recommend the Grotto House. The communication with Mark and his staff was impeccable and extremely responsive and the entire set up was exactly as it was represented.We would book it again without hesitation.
