Benvenuti a 7UP al Kaibo Yacht Club, un condominio al secondo piano splendidamente arredato e attrezzato al Kaibo Yacht Club Fase 2 nella tranquilla Cayman Kai, sul lato nord dell'isola di Grand Cayman Questo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è arredato con caldi mobili in legno in colori rilassanti. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size che si affaccia sul mare calmo sul North Sound di Grand Cayman con un bagno privato e un ampio spazio
 guardaroba. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale con una splendida vista sul giardino del complesso. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli utensili per una vacanza confortevole e conveniente lontano da casa. Caffè e tè forniti. TV via cavo e accesso a Internet ad alta velocità, insieme a un assortimento di giochi e DVD per una fuga romantica o una fantastica avventura in famiglia in paradiso!

Come se ciò non bastasse, ci sono 4 sedie a sdraio, più fresco e ombrellone, se dovessi decidere di esplorare l'isola per la giornata! Anche una griglia per barbecue (carbone fornito) giocattoli da spiaggia e galleggianti. Questo condominio offre tutto per una perfetta esperienza a Cayman Island!

We loved staying in the 7-Up Condo--it was well appointed and nicely updated with beautiful views of the beach. We loved the quiet of the northside (much different vibe than 7-mile beach). The pool was beautiful and cleaned daily, the beach was beautiful and raked daily. Plenty of chairs available for lounging and relaxing and only a short walk to Starfish Point. I would definitely stay here again.

OMG -PERFECT. Don’t hesitate to book this Gorgeous, clean, private and tastefully decorated condo!! You’ll feel stress free within seconds of looking out from the lanai. A perfect place for just chillaxing. The ferry, boat excursions and restaurant/bar are literally steps away. Everyone is so polite attentive and accommodating. We love the memories made there.

This place is the most amazing place to stay! The beach could not be closer and with calm warm water, sprawling sands, and so many picturesque spots to relax - can’t be beat! We immediately felt at home in the beautiful condo. With every thing we could possibly need for cooking it was so easy to stay in to eat. A beach club next door was such a pleasant surprise and made going out for food such a breeze! We could not be happier!

Nice quiet location with a nice pool and beach area. Condo was well equipped with lots of towels and bedding. Pillows on beds were uncomfortable and should be replaced.

Perfect for 2 to 4 people. The property had pretty much everything you would need. Bath soap shampoo and conditioner. More than enough towels for beach and bath.

Quiet cove

This was the perfect getaway on the beach for us. Nice view from the large lanai, quiet water for kayaking or paddleboarding, and at the end of the day, a dip in the hot tub. We would stay again.

Amazing place to stay

We had a wonderful family vacation at the 7 Up condo. The condo was very well equipped and stocked with towels etc. The location made it so easy to picked up just outside at the beachfront. The pool and hot tub were lovely too at the property. Always able to park the rental vehicle.

Great Stay in Paradise!

My family just returned from a fantastic stay in Cayman Kai. The unit was great! It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Lynn was wonderful to deal with, and the property was just as described. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

It was so great to be away from the busy part of the island. Property was exactly as described. The only improvement would be to have a cooler to take to the beaches, which really isn’t a real complaint.

Winter trip

What an amazing place! It was perfect for pure relaxation. Not a party house (thank goodness!). It was very comfortable, well equipped, easy to get to, and close to Starfish Point and Rum point. We had the best time here. Will definitely return!

Quiet paradise

This special property is located away from all of the traffic chaos of Biden town and Georgetown. It’s a beautiful location with a very high-quality restaurant next-door. Bike riding or walking to nearby Starfish Point for snorkeling , beaching and fly fishing made the stay even more special.

30 Year Anniversary

We absolutely loved this place. 7-up unit was located in a perfect spot with an amazing view! We spent every meal on the Lanai and even evening cocktails. We will be coming back!
