Want to stay at one of the most desired beaches, Surfside Beach, SC in a brand-newly renovated condo. We are offering this season our newly updated 1st floor two bedroom condo for your comfort and pleasure that we call "The Sea Turtle Nest". Summer 2026 has a few dates left and of course the best time in the fall is available and open now for reservations!! Great amenities, features, and location in Surfside Beach offers a wonderful retreat for guests. With two bedrooms including a king bedroom master suite and a bedroom with two twin beds. The living room features a queen sofa bed so there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The bathroom amenities include a bathtub/shower and hair dryer for added convenience. Our place is equipped for both long and short stays. We included all linens and towels including pool/beach towels, beach chairs, ice chest/cooler, boogie boards, corn hole, pickle ball rackets and balls, puzzles, games, and dvds to make your vacation one to remember for you and your family. A fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer make your vacation home away from home experience complete. Located across the street from the beach and with the pool on property you are sure to get lots of sun and fun time! You will not find a better deal for the location and the total amenities we provide you at Surfside Beach. Surfside is a family beach. You must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent and stay at this condo. This is not a party place. No smoking, vaping, parties, loud noise, or pets allowed. We love service animals and everything they do to support their owner, however, there are family members here with respiratory and other health issues that do not allow us to except any animals including service animals at this time.
We hope you will come, stay, and enjoy Unit 105!

To the dresser drawer. Make sure beach chairs if used are cleaned off of all sand and put back in the closet where you got them from. Same for boogie boards if used. Clean and put back in the closet.
Put puzzels, games, and dvds, away if used. Make sure air is on auto cool 75 degrees in the summer and auto heat 68 in the winter. Lock up and your good!

We had such a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway with our 3 children. The pool access was a great bonus, and being so close to the beach made it convenient. We especially loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was.Sue was wonderful to communicate with was very responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was easy and seamless from start to finish. We enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Relaxing getaway

This wonderful condo has everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Although not directly ocean front, the convenience of the condo made trips to the beach easy. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and peaceful. I highly recommend!

Well-appointed and tastefully decorated condo with a partially obstructed view of the beach/ocean. We enjoyed direct access to beach across the street. The unit had everything you needed for a comfortable stay in a quieter section of town. Great communications with the owner. Thank you for hosting us, can't wait to visit again in the future.

Our daughter lives in Conway so we visit SC several times a year sometimes just my husband and I and other times our son and his girlfriend. The location as absolutely perfect directly across the street from the beach. We love Surfside! The unit was clean and decorated so nice! The beds were very comfortable, everything the owners offer for use is great especially if you forget to pack a chair or towel etc. we will most likely stay again!

I am Sue, a Premier Host with VRBO and my husband Larry and I look forward to hosting your stay at our newest VRBO listing in Surfside Beach, Surfside by the Sea Unit 105 "The Sea Turtle Nest". I am no stranger to hosting travelers as I was a travel manager and meeting planer for over 30 years before retiring from that part of my business life. Larry is a manager at a large leadership training organization in Greensboro, NC where we live. We also have owned rental homes in Greensboro that we rented to large corporations like Honda Jet, etc.. for many years as well as other vacation properties. We also love traveling with VRBO because it is truly a home away from home experience. Larry and I look forward to your visit to "The Sea Turtle Nest" and the Surfside Beach area. We hope you will feel at home in our condo and want to return for years to come.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We love that it is only a mile from the pier and restaurants so you can stroll down Ocean Boulevard and enjoy a nice evening dinner out and walk back on the beach if you like. The north end of Surfside Beach where we are located is more appealing because our building is in the high-end residential district. Million dollar and up homes in the neighborhood with a bit less traffic than you will find on the south end of Surfside Beach closer to Garden City.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our unit 105 is very unique as it is on the first floor (only a couple steps to the front door) but still with a view and only steps to the beautiful sand!
