Come stay in our spacious single-story home, which features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool! Our home is always clean and ready to welcome you. Remember, you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible!
Our home is ideally located in Lake Berkley Resort, just a short walk from the lake, where you can stroll or fish. The resort also offers a heated pool, gym, volleyball court, tennis court, and a playground for kids.
Property Description: ☆ GROUND FLOOR Living Room: with a 3-seat sofa and a loveseat for relaxing and enjoying the 60-inch SMART TV.
This area opens to the partially covered lanai and pool area, perfect for soaking up the Florida sun.
Dining Room: Dining table for 6 people.
If you feel like cooking, the beautiful fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal.
Everything is designed to be open and family-friendly.
Laundry Area: Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack available.
Bedrooms:
Master Suite: King-size bed, 40-inch TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a shower.
Queen Room: Queen-size bed, no TV.
Bunk Bed Room: Bunk bed (Twin over Full), no TV.
Twin Room: 2 twin beds, no TV.
The Queen and Twin rooms share a full bathroom.
Outdoor Area: Private pool, covered area, and lounge chairs.
