Very great home, clean and plenty of beds. I ran into issues with the security alarm, we waited for permission to disconnect the alarm but it was going off all night. Other than that It was beautiful.

Perfect location close to our wedding venues, host very responsive and easy to reach , clean , comfortable, excellent laundry and kitchen facilities (. 2 of each) , safe and nice neighborhood, spacious , nice bed linens and comfortable beds

We met as a family to celebrate Christmas and had a wonderful time. David was very helpful and we had the house decorated for the season. The kitchen is very well stocked and a wonderful layout. We enjoyed the espresso machine and had lattes every day. The main floor had a much cozier feel than the pictures showed and was great for cooking, game playing or just hanging out. Everyone had their own space and lots of room in the basement for the kids to be active

This is a wonderful property! Located in an area of estate acreages just north of Calgary, we loved the huge yard, the spacious and tastefully decorated home and the short drive to Calgary, Airdrie, Cross Iron Mills, the airport and even Cremona where the beautiful wedding we attended took place. We shared the house with another family and loved how we all had our own space but could get together for socializing. We even hosted our kids and grandkids to a hotdog and games evening and they were all impressed with the rental. The property is well stocked with everything from dishes to small appliances, a propane bbq and deck furniture and laundry facilities. We would definitely rent this home again. We did have an Internet glitch which might be critical for those needing to work from home - the host tried to get it looked after and Telus looking after it but we never did get that resolved. Aside from that, this was an amazing stay in a convenient located for us.

Property check- in date incorrect, couldn’t access the property the host fixed it, but then moved our check out date a day later. The house is dirty - soaker tub covered in powdery residue, finger prints and dingy walls- a little spot wipe would go along way. Basement stairs covered in grass and debris. Basement shower had hair in it, shorts and someone’s medicine - Leaving me to believe it wasn’t cleaned. 4 piles of garbage bags - 30-40 bags total spread in the yard. birds got in them spreading garbage everywhere. Host seemed amenable to fixing issues. Someone came for the garbage - took 10 or so bags and left the rest in the yard. Called the host to complain about all the garbage left. He sent someone and a few people to pick up all the garbage - that was on Tuesday and we had already been 3.5 days and we’re leaving on Thursday. Toilet seat broken. The list of what was wrong is much longer. One cleaner came cleaned the basement bathroom and stairs, picked up a little garbage and then left without a word. Remainder of the house still dirty. When I insisted they take proper action or find someway to make it right, the owner said someone would clean it Thursday - after we left and paid 5 nights to stay in a dirty house. Host told us no one would come to fix the issues and that we would be kicked outif we were abusive. Not abusive, but persistent that the house we paid 3000 for have the issues fixed. Also had to buy towels for guests - theirs were stained, unusable

We welcome constructive feedback and are always willing to go the extra mile for our guests. However, we strictly enforce our workplace policies requiring a respectful and professional environment for all staff members. We wish you the best in the future.
