This property was perfect for our stay. The home is beautiful, nicely furnished, and very clean. It is outfitted with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There is a very nice outdoor space in the backyard. The communication for check in and check out were very clear. I only wish our stay was longer so we could have enjoyed it more, but I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Upon arrival, the place was spotless, and well stocked with everything my family needed for the week. The place was exactly as described. The location was perfect to get in and out of the city and around town. We will stay again for our next trip!

We were visiting family and the house was centrally located so no one had to drive far. The kitchen was adequately stocked - I loved the the gas stove and the pots and pans! (We cooked dinner each night for a family member in assisted care). Also most appreciative of the king size bed not listed in the listing. We also made use of the back deck table and chairs. Also appreciated having dish and clothes washing pods as well as coffee and creamers. The deck could use a good washing and it would be nice to have a folder with pertinent TV listings, local stores and restaurants and checkout info -though the checkout info was emailed to us. Could also use a few more glasses and maybe more than one wash cloth. Would definitely come back.

The house size (albeit only one bathroom), neighborhood, price and proximity to the Dublin Irish Festival was on point.I appreciated the prompt communication especially for the few issues we had related to outdoor pests and the wrong WiFi info. I love small details that make a place that feel cozy. The paper towel and toilet paper presentation gave hope that the rental company/owner care about presentation. It was a bummer that details didn’t carry throughout. A more welcoming walk up, some thoughtfully placed wall decor (or even no wall decor at all rather than wrong scale/height placement), towels already hung in the bathroom for our arrival and eating utensils that don’t feel like a bargain deal. None the less, the place was comfortable and met our needs. We’d would definitely return next year if the size still works for us.

My husband & I stayed here 8 days. The house looks nice in the pictures but when we drove up the grass needed mowed & the bushes needed trimmed. Not my first idea of 5 star & certainly not for the price? Everything was ok but we did find that we needed to purchase a few things? There was not a bar of soap for the shower? There were 1/2 - 3/4 full bottles of body wash (already there, no thank you). Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the entire 8 days, 1 hand towel in the bathroom & I couldn't find 1 extra blanket for the bed? We managed! After we took care of these things for the most part it was ok. The house was pretty clean. The air conditioner definitely works. The neighborhood was ok, convenient to a lot of stuff.

The house was very cozy and clean. We really liked the finishing touches of the cleaning crew with the paper towel and toilet paper fancy decoration. We asked for more wash cloths, hand towels and dish cloths and even though we got very good communication from the app, they were delivered over 24 hours later. They need to provide more of these items initially. We had 6 people and only 2 bathroom wash cloths and hand towels. The kitchen had only one dish towel and no dish cloth and a set of two would have been nice. The AC must have a controlled setting of 75 when not there because each day, when we left, we had it at 72 and when we returned it was 75 and warm. It took 2 hours to get to the desired temp. Other than these situation everything was very nice.
