Beautiful property across from Franklin Park. Minutes away from downtown, arena district, campus. Very responsive management to answer any questions. 100% will recommend to friends.

We stayed for a girls golf trip for a 3-night stay at this property. It had a great location, great parking access, quick communication from management, and plenty of space for our 12 person group. The reason for the less than 5 star review is because at 1500 per night the expectation for this price point was not met. They communicated there would be a starter set of supplies but not that we needed to bring supplies for the trip. Every time we requested something simple the response was we provided a ā€œstarter supplyā€ (not 1 roll of toilet paper for 12 people for 3 days). If we were told in advance to pack, toilet paper, Bathroom towels, paper towels, trash bags, and laundry detergent to bring with us we would have had a better experience and maybe even have chosen a different property in this price point knowing that the inconvenience wouldnā€™t have been worth it. The worst part was instead of just dropping off the supplies the next day they told us ā€œguests are welcome to bring additional supplies as neededā€. If you are booking this property please consider packing your own supplies so you donā€™t have to go shopping in the short time you are there.

The location is convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Those two things I can recommend without reservation.Unfortunately, the condition of the home did not match the listing photos. The house needed a thorough deep clean. Dust had collected on the ceiling fans and throughout the living areas, and by the end of our two nights several members of our group had sore throats. In the kitchen, the pans were in poor condition and required washing before we could use them. We were also supplied with a single dishwasher pod for eleven guests over two nights, which falls well short of what the nightly rate would lead anyone to expect.There are maintenance issues worth flagging as well. The glass shower door in the second-floor bathroom has come off its railing and cannot be moved, leaving the shower effectively unusable and, more importantly, unsafe. There are also pieces missing from the tub. There is a nails protruding from the floors on the main floor and on the kitchen stools.At this price point, I expected a considerably higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. With a deep clean and attention to the bathroom repairs, the home could serve a large group well given its location. As it stands, I cannot recommend it at the rate we paid.
