To accommodate your request, we expedited the property's preparation by bringing in additional housekeeping staff so the home would be ready ahead of schedule, even though early check-ins are typically offered for an additional fee. Regarding the upstairs A/C, the area was experiencing a heat wave during your stay, with outdoor temperatures exceeding 100°F. During these conditions, it's common for the top floor of beach properties to remain warmer than the lower levels as the HVAC system works harder to keep up with the extreme heat. As a precaution during the heat wave, we had also placed additional fans upstairs to help keep the space as comfortable as possible. Once the concern was brought to our attention, we made every effort to schedule an HVAC technician during your stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure an appointment before your departure due to technician availability. The system was serviced immediately after your checkout to ensure everything was operating properly.
