Following your departure, the unit was inspected again, and no additional roach activity was observed. Our properties receive regular inspections and pest control services as part of our efforts to maintain clean and comfortable accommodations. While occasional insects can occur in tropical environments despite preventative measures, we take these concerns seriously and respond promptly when they are reported. Additionally, there were no reports of roach activity in the unit before your stay or from the subsequent guests.
