NEW HOME Perfectly situated in Garden City, this expansive 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat offers panoramic views and resort-style amenities — ideal for large groups up to 24.



**IDEAL BEACH ACCESS**

Ideal Beach includes FREE beach access, two pools, hot tubs, dry sauna, playground, outdoor and indoor tennis and pickleball court, volleyball nets, horseshoe pits, basketball court, games.

There are additional activities and other pay to play amenities.

Only a couple minute drive away.

Absolutely loved the house! Plenty of room for our group of 15. Communication prior to check in was prompt and clear. The house is beautiful, kitchen is fully stocked, even plenty of towels in the bathroom for everyone. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Bear Lake home! We had 8 adults and several kids with us, and the house gave everyone plenty of space to spread out while still feeling like we were all together.One of our favorite things was the open kitchen, dining room, and great room. We spent so much time in those spaces eating great food, playing games, laughing, and just enjoying time together. The kitchen was also very well stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals for our group.The home has a beautiful view, and the private pickleball court was such a fun bonus. It definitely got a lot of use during our stay! Having access to Ideal Beach was another huge plus and made the location even better.Our host was wonderful to work with—very responsive whenever we had questions and always helpful. You can tell this home is set up with families and groups in mind.We made some great family memories here and would absolutely love to come back. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and fun place to enjoy Bear Lake with family or friends!
