Brand New property with Lazy River in Gulf Shores. Features 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds, perfect for families (up to 12). With 3 full bathrooms including a jetted bathtub, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of this condo, complete with AC, WIFI, Games & puzzles and spices in the kitchen! A fitness room is just off from the main lobby. All TV's are 70-75".
Walk to Gulf Shores for restaurants and shopping (just under a mile) or OBA Phoenix Rentals. We love having happy customers! Parking is $60 if prepaid thru the website prior to arrival, or $70. if paid onsite at arrival. EMAIL will be sent by parking company. https://pgs2.vrpaccess.com

We loved the condo it was nice and spacious we had 12 family members and we were comfortable with enough room. The condo was nice as pictured. Patricia was very responsive each time I reached out to her. Highly recommend staying here and the pool with the slide & lazy river was a big plus for the kids and easy access to the beach.

This property was perfect for my family to stay with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it made it ideal for us. The place was very spacious and right on the beach with a spectacular view of the ocean. My mother loved sitting on the balcony as well as we all did. Condo decorated very beautiful and felt like home away from home. The location of the complex was greatly located between the restaurants in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We will be booking this unit again. Our only complaint is that the beach is not handicap accessible with only having steep stairs down to the sand from the boardwalk.

The location was great. Condo was very nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the slide and Lazy River. Only suggestion I would make to improve is new and more bath towels and larger coffee cups.

I completely understand why others that stayed before our family have rated the condo a 10 out of 10. Host was always on top of the email questions. The rooms were all clean and well done. Great access to beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a bit of a hotel/condo snob as I’m super picky about cleanliness. This place was spotless. I still did my usual disinfecting but it was so nice. It’s an end unit which we appreciated. Pool was nice and clean but you might want to bring your own chairs as there are only about 20 lounge chairs and they go fast. There is an indoor pool w/hot tub but we only visited it once. Exercise room had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying there again. Patrica, the owner, was very helpful and answered my questions promptly.

This place was everything as described and more. My kids and I had an amazing time. It is a beautiful property and very clean! Confidently located as well. The security there was excellent - strict in their rules, but traveling with kiddos, I personally appreciated it.

Great property! Plenty of space for our party of 9. Beach view is great and loved the comfy couch to lounge at night. Everyone was very friendly. We never had trouble parking and was able to get extra parking passes. Condo is nice. One elevator was broken our whole visit but just got be patient waiting. It was never a big issue. Get to the beach early to claim your spot - it gets crowded fast! Pool was always crowded. Not bad walk to beach - just hard to pick up wagon full of beach items down the pier stairs. Pier out needs to be wider but not sure if that’s a beach code or not. Overall great place to stay!

Incredible condo!!!! I would recommend anyone rent here. It was incredibly spacious for two medium families. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall an incredible experience!!!
