The house is very well kept, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The view from the terrace is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet.The villa is ideal for enjoying northern Sardinia, with beaches, small villages and beautiful landscapes within easy reach. Communication with Alessio was excellent: kind, clear and always helpful.We truly appreciated the care and attention behind this place - thank you! Higly reccomended.

The house is very clean, modern and very well cared for, with comfortable spaces both inside and outside. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and we immediately felt at ease. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the upper terrace with the beautiful view, and the possibility to relax in the evenings after spending the day at the beach.The location in Badesi is convenient: the beautiful beach of Badesi can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, and the small shops, cafés and restaurants in the village are within walking distance. It is also a great base for exploring the north of Sardinia while staying in a quiet and pleasant area.Alessio was a very kind and attentive host. Communication was easy, clear and always helpful.A beautiful place to stay in Sardinia, and we would gladly recommend it.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dimora degli Ulivi.The house is exactly as described, if not even better. It is beautifully maintained, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, surrounded by nature, with lovely outdoor spaces where we enjoyed quiet moments and beautiful evenings.The layout of the house is perfect, offering both privacy and flexibility. The upper floor is particularly charming, while the lower level is very practical and well organized.Alessio is an exceptional host — always available, kind, and attentive, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations while respecting our privacy.We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the care that clearly goes into maintaining the property.We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Sardinian experience.

Wir waren zwei Wochen zu Gast in der Dimora. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Alessio war perfekt. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen.

Vom ersten Moment der Buchung bis zur Abreise war es für uns ein rundum sorglos Paket.Bereits nach der Buchung wurden alle Fragen ausführlich und schnell vom Gastgeber beantwortet. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war er jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Vor der Anreise haben wir eine detaillierte Beschreibung des Mietobjektes und der Umgebung erhalten, inklusive wertvollen persönlichen Tipps zu Restaurants in Badesi und den umliegenden Orten. Der Check-in lief problemlos, da das Haus mit einem PIN zugänglich war.Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Die Erstausstattung mit Handtüchern war hervorragend (je 2x Duschtuch, Handtuch p.P.). Die Küche hatte alles was wir brauchten (größeres Schüsseln, Töpfe & Pfanne, Auflaufformen und Blech für den Ofen). Die Terrasse im 1. OG, war perfekt für ein gemütliches Frühstück und Abendessen.Die Internetverbindung war sehr stabil im ganzen Haus. Der Weg zum nächsten Strand Betrug mit dem Auto etwa 5 Minuten. Den Strandshuttle Service haben wir nicht genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einem gut sortierten Supermarkt lag auf dem Weg. Den Gemeinschaftspool haben wir wenig genutzt, aber auch dieser war gut erreichbar und ebenfalls sehr sauber.Badesi war für uns ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge im Norden der Insel (u.a. Alghero, Castellsardo, Sassari, Olbia).Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Gastgeber, der unseren Aufenthalt so wunderbar begleitet hat!

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen, gelungenen Urlaub braucht - ruhige Lage, Meerblick und sehr gute, moderne Ausstattung. Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und zu jeder Zeit möglich. Der Umgang miteinander war höflich und familiär. Gerne jederzeit wieder!
