The space
Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in our 1,200 sq. ft. villa at Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines. Designed with families and groups in mind, this villa offers a spacious layout featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Master Suite
Retreat to the master suite, which boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a luxurious jetted tub. It's the ideal space to unwind after a day of island adventures.
Living & Dining Areas
The open-concept living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable channels. A double sofa bed provides additional sleeping arrangements, accommodating up to six guests.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Prepare meals with ease in the kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located within the villa for your use.
Private Balcony or Patio
Step outside to your private balcony or patio, offering either garden or ocean views. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening.

The guest is responsible for any additional charges imposed by the resort, including, but not limited to, telephone fees, extra housekeeping services, and any other costs associated with resort activities or facilities.
