We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the door lock, and rest assured, if we had been notified about the lock issue, we would have sent out a member of our maintenance staff to take care of this because we are located just a few minutes away. We understand how stressful that situation must have been-especially while traveling with a child. Your notes regarding the floors and beds are taken seriously and had we known about this we would have sent out a member of our staff to take care of them.
