Key Lime Cottage è un'affascinante e completamente ristrutturata casa OIB in posizione privilegiata sull'isola - un sacco di aggiornamenti! Nuova Cucina e Elettrodomestici aggiunti Nov 2014. Comodamente dormire 14 in questo 5 camere da letto (grandi camere), 3 bagni (2 bagni, 1 doccia), grande ponte anteriore per la visione, il relax e il relax. Molto vicino all'accesso alla spiaggia, riscaldamento e aria centrali, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, lavatrice / asciugatrice, frigorifero fornelli, 3 TV via cavo a colori, DVD, accesso wireless a Internet ad alta velocità, Portacrib, veranda coperta con mobili. Key Lime Cottage è un cottage di spiaggia perfetto progettato per divertimento in spiaggia. Centro Den con centro soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina tutta in sala grande sala comune in stile comunità. Camere da letto e bagni fuori da ogni lato del centro soggiorno. Le camere sono molto spaziose. Nuove finestre con schermi consentono che le brezze in mare fluiscano attraverso la casa. Grande ponte frontale con un bel flusso dal ponte al centro Hall room. 6 sedie a dondolo, panchine e tavolo da picnic sul ponte anteriore. Portico posteriore fuori dalla porta della cucina per un facile accesso al barbecue nuovo grill impostato e zona cortile posteriore.

Il parcheggio in casa è spazioso - con molta stanza in vialetto anche per un parcheggio più. C'è un tavolo da picnic al piano di sotto e una grande amaca che si garantisce di addormentarsi. Brezze meravigliose dall'oceano che ti faranno dormire. NUOVO Mobili, Divano in pelle grande in soggiorno, con sedie a sdraio adatta per una zona relax per gruppi dopo una lunga giornata di pesca, golf o in spiaggia. Nuovo schermo piatto 42 "TV in den, 3 TV in totale. Letti nuovi, Tutte le nuove lenzuola. Tutto il nuovo tappeto, nuovo tetto, nuovo pavimento in legno rifinito di legno (questo è fantastico), nuovi servizi igienici e lavandini, nuovo dipinto, nuovo schieramento, nuove finestre, nuovo sotto il soffitto della casa, un sacco di cose nuove! Grande doccia esterna! Lavatrice e asciugatrice camera!

A 80 passi è l'accesso alla spiaggia a Concord rd. L'accesso è stato appena ricostruito ed è impressionante! La spiaggia è ampia - ottima per giocare a sport. Le tartarughe di mare vengono a depositare uova su questa spiaggia. Il marciapiede davanti alla casa ti porta direttamente al centro dell'isola, a 3 isolati di distanza, dove ci sono ristoranti, pescatori di notte, bar, gelati, coni di neve, negozi di surf, negozi di spiaggia, minigolf e altro ancora.

Key Lime Cottage è un posto meraviglioso che vi porterà molte memorie per amare per gli anni a venire. Rilassatevi e godetevi!

Cute house in great location

This is a really cute house in Ocean Isle! The house is well-kept and the owners are easy to work with. We really enjoyed hanging on the front porch when not at the beach. Love the outside shower, too!

Nice home, close to beach access and shops/pier. Good sized front and back porch. Owners were great to work with and I was able to reach them easily! House came with plenty of beach equipment!

Great Beach week in OIB

The residence was just as described on VRBO. The kitchen was well equipped and rooms were comfortable. The AMAZING beach chairs, equipment, games and toys were such a hit. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch to eat dinners. Overall, a wonderful week.

Perfect Labor Day weekend getaway

Our group with kiddos had a great time! The beds were comfortable; the beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys were plenty and functional; a very short walk to the public beach access and walkable distance to get ice cream or sunset slush and play on the public playground. We know the weather and waves can’t be predicted but they were also about as perfect as they come. Thank you so much for a lovely, clean stay!

Vacation interrupted by Tropical Storm Debby

The home is as advertised. Perfect for our family vacation that we had long anticipated. The central living area was ideal. I loved the rocking chairs on the porch. So close to the beach. Kids loved the couple days we were able to be on the beach! Unfortunately, the weather was against us. I would definitely buy trip insurance in the future.

First trip to OIB

Great beach Cottage, love the art on the walls! It was everything that the website said and more. We had a great beach trip and love OIB. The cottage was clean and well stocked. We were able to walk to most things. Great Beach Concert on Fridays!!! We will return...

Cute cottage in great location

We had a great family vacation at Key Lime Cottage. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with just the right amount of living space for 5 adults and 3 teenagers. The location is perfect - very close to the beach access and close enough to "downtown" Ocean Isle to easily walk to ice cream, shopping, mini golf, etc. The shady front porch is a wonderful spot for hanging out, and the hammock is a great place for a quiet nap. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. This was our first time renting through VRBO and we will definitely do it again.

We love OIB

We come to Ocean Isle every year for a long weekend getaway with some friends and their kids (4 adults and 4 kids total). This was our 5th year staying on the island. Key Lime Cottage is one of the best properties we have stayed in over the years. The house is very clean and well stocked. The furniture in the house is cozy and comfortable and you can tell the owners take great care and pride in keeping the house up to date. We had a couple little hiccups with the house while we were there, but the owners were very responsive and did everything in their power to get things fixed. They are easy to work with and as helpful as can be. The location of the house is excellent for access to the beach and short walks to the pier, restaurants or putt-putt. We all had a wonderful time and hope we get to stay at this home again next year!

We enjoyed our return visit!

This was our second summer at Key Lime Cottage, and we enjoyed it once again. The cottage is very pleasant with a well-equipped kitchen, a large table for dining, a nice outdoor shower and great beach chairs etc. It's a short walk to the beach, which was great for young children. We will plan to visit Key Lime Cottage again!

Great beach house for a group of 8 women

Adorable cottage super close to beach access. Great layout with 4 bedrooms off the living room and then a bonus bedroom and bath in the back. Pretty and fun decor . You need to either rent linens and towels ( including kitchen ones which we bought and left there for the next people ) but everything else in the kitchen was well stocked. Our whole group loved staying there.

Wonderful vacation at Key Lime Cottage!

This was the perfect place for our family (4 adults and 4 children 8 & under). Loved the open floor plan, the cheerful interior, the well-equipped kitchen, the front porch with the picnic table, the great beach chairs, wagon etc., the outside shower, & the really short walk to the beach as well as the close proximity to the park. The bedroom & bath layout worked well for our family. We will look forward to another visit!

Great house, great location!

The hosts were lovely and easy to work with. The location was ideal, such an easy walk to the beach. The house was perfect, and added bonus of lots of fun beach toys, chairs and a wagon available to us. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place for friends

Great property and location. Across the street from beach. An easy 10 min walk down the beach to the grill and arcade. And a shorter walk to the Drift Coffee shop on E. 2nd. Less than 5 min drive to Ocean Isle Fish Company and Sharkey's.

Autumn Beach experience

This was a great family time for us. Beach access is close, and even though the temperature was chilly, fishing was fun, as well as walks on the beach and looking for shells. Nice front porch to sit in the sun.

Wonderful Key Lime Cottage

My family and I stayed at Key Lime Cottage for three nights this weekend. The house was wonderful! It was clean, nice and big, lots of room to spread out, and had great access to the beach. We will stay again for sure.

We have come for several years now. We love Ocean Isle. The owners are wonderful, if there is ever an issue it is taken care of immediately. They take very good care of the property.

Nice beach family vacation..

The house is great For 3 families,2 had small children so the Jack and Jill set up was good. AC set point could be repaired/ updated. A ton of beach supplies available with house rental. Kitchen well stocked. Easy walk for beach access. Thanks for a great family time!!!!!!

a seamless and perfect rental experience

This was our SECOND time staying at Keylime Cottage. Since last year, the owners have made beautiful changes to the house. Many of the finishes are things I would pick for my own home. You can sense the pride of ownership and attention to detail, as well as the genuine care for guests in the smaller touches and communication. I felt like we were taken care of the same way the owners would want to be taken care of if they stayed in a rental property. The house was clean and updated and truly felt like a home away from home. I always say that I want my vacation stay to be in a place that's as nice or nicer than my home, and this home checked that box even before considering the proximity to the beach. We love the location - close to the action, but also quiet and relaxing. The house was so close to a public access which made beach days a dream. I loved our mornings on the front porch with a cup of coffee and the peekaboo ocean view complete with tranquil ocean sounds. We loved having access to chairs, toys and boogie boards - it saved a TON of space and made traveling from PA a lot easier. We cooked in, carried in and ate out. We had everything we needed to cook, grill, prep food, etc. We even had an evening where another house of family walked down for dinner and were able to accommodate 20 people inside and outside. The owners were amazing to work with and responded quickly to questions. We were even checked on by phone following tropical storms near us. I love this rental and would stay again without hesitation. In fact, I'd love to just move in - HAHA.

Great Ocean Isle Beach Location!

Fantastic location! Beach access is just across the street. Walk/Bike to restaurants, pier, slushies, putt-putt, maritime museum, playground, and shops. The house makes a great home base. Kitchen is well-stocked. Decor and layout creates a relaxed, good-vibes environment to enjoy vacation time with family and friends. Loved the personalized Key Lime wall art! Recommend!

Didn't want to leave

We stayed for three nights and it wasn't long enough. This house was exactly as described and was setup perfectly for it family. We it had one hiccup and it was solved with 30 minutes. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes and cookware. There was also plenty o things to use at the beach in the downstairs closet. And the kids were thrilled with the gift bag! The walk to the beach is very short as well. We will definitely look at staying here next year. Thanks for your hospitality!

OIB at Key Lime Cottage

Love the set up of the house. Outdoor walled shower is awesome. I like that all rooms are on the same floor. This year we struggled to get a consistent temperature in the the bedrooms, front rooms very hot while back rooms very very cold and the ceiling vents would not close in the cold room to force air to the hot room. We struggled on both sides (separate AC unit for each side of house). The owners are great, I am sure they will do something to fix this.

We love OIB. My Wife grew up in the Carolinas and I grew up in Georgia. We both love the beach. We found OIB about 10 years ago and fell in love with it. The island is set up perfect for families. One access on to island cuts down on traffic. So - we decided to buy a home on the island - and we enjoyed it so much - that we bought a small rental cottage - fixed it up and call it Key Lime Cottage. We put a lot of effort into making the home up to par with what we would expect to rent when on vacation. We expect things to work, we like things clean, we like to feel comfortable when on vacation. This is what Key Lime Cottage is about - comfort and feeling at home.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This style of this home is perfect for a family or group that wants to be together and be active on the beach and island. The home has a great feel - hard to explain - but its just a really cool house. A great beach cottage. Shotgun style with wood plank floors and light colors give it a fresh, light feel. Close to center of Island - no body can complain about not having anything to do. The beach is literally 80 paces away. You can see the ocean from the front deck. The beach in this part of the island is really nice - good waves, lots of shells, and great for activity on beach with wide firm areas for sports. The home is simple, clean and classic - the most charming cottage on Ocean Isle Beach.

Key Lime Cottage has wood plank floors, wood beam high ceilings that give you the feeling of stepping into a time in your past - of close nit families at the beach living together outside, loving life. This cottage gives that feeling - its a magical, simple cottage that has built many fond beach memories over the years.
