The Space:

Larkspur Lookout is designed for gatherings with family and friends, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. The great room features a fireplace, cathedral windows, and plenty of seating, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area are ready for group meals or midnight snacks. Step outside to enjoy the hot tub, firepit, and covered and heated terrace— ideal for unwinding and savoring your time together.

IS THE AREA SAFE? ▹▹▹ Absolutely! Suncadia Retreat is located in a quiet, secure resort community. It's family-friendly with minimal traffic and plenty of outdoor space for kids to safely explore. The abundant wildlife is very familiar to humans but always remember, they are wild. It is never a good idea to approach or feed them.



IS THE HOUSE EQUIPPED FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS? ▹▹▹ Yes! The retreat offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in the media room.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the storage closet. A unique random-access code for the electronic door lock(s) will be provided with in 24 hours or your check in time.



We provide a starter supply of household essentials to get you comfortably settled in. This includes dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry pods or sheets, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).



You’ll also find basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, creamer, hot chocolate, and K-cups. These are provided in amounts intended to last about two to three days, depending on usage; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay.



For linens, we provide towels, washcloths, and hand towels for each guest, along with sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and/or blankets for each bed. For longer stays or heavier use, guests can refresh everything using the in-home washer and dryer. Please avoid overfilling the washing machine so the spin cycle works properly, and the drum is not damaged.



The Neighborhood:

Larkspur Lookout is located within the peaceful and expansive Suncadia Resort. This area is known for its incredible outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, with trails starting right outside your door. Two golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks with playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery, pickle ball, basketball and tennis courts, and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum.



The home includes parking for four cars - one in garage and three in the driveway.



Please note: no street parking is permitted.

This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. SUNCADIA AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS:

Restrictions include:

* Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.

* Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

Let me start by saying that as I am writing this I am fighting the urge to have an absolute meltdown about leaving this gorgeous rental My boyfriend and I did not have enough time this summer to book a long vacation and settled on a short getaway to Cle Elum. We weren't really sure if it would feel like a TRUE getaway since we only live an hour away, but it ended up being an absolutely perfect trip that we intend to repeat.We spent the past few days grilling, lounging by the fire pit and enjoying the hot tub under the moon! The kitchen was stocked with everything utensil and appliance we could need to make some fantastic meals. The home was clean and spacious. Everything was perfect!I have to add that the property itself is a 10/10, but so was our host, Santo. We experienced an issue with the internet upon arrival - I sent a message through the VRBO app and in less than 2 minutes, Santo was calling me to fix the situation. He was very attentive and helpful, and provided a truly fantastic customer service. The wine, chocolate and cider upon arrival was an added bonus! We will be back.
