Con un letto king size in California, due letti matrimoniali e due letti singoli, la casa può ospitare comodamente otto persone. Le due camere da letto al piano superiore sono dotate di bagno privato. Una spaziosa area soggiorno con tutti i comfort tra cui una TV LCD da 55 ", wi-fi e DVD offre un rifugio confortevole. Perfect location. Beautiful home. Well appointed with EVERYTHING that we needed. We’ve stayed in 3 homes in Island Park and this one is best. We got to see the alligator in the pond!The only thing and trust me this is petty…we had a problem with tiny ants coming in around the kitchen window but we put out some ant bait and they were gone by next day. Likely the rain is running them inside. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely spectacular communication with the home owner. Very nice location away from everything nit far from the beech at all. Nit a far drive to other beach’s and activities in the area and surrounding area. Very wonderful stay and check in process was super easy and simple.

My husband David and I have been vacationing at OIB for years and we have owned property on the island since 2005. We also have an oceanfront condo (414438) that we rent. We love OIB and think it is the perfect family vacation spot. We have certainly enjoyed spending time on the island with our two kids and extended family.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This beach house is in the Island Park Cottages community on the far west end. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the island center, but is a quick drive to all the action. This is a perfect house for two families and close to other Island Park rentals for extended family. It's a quick 2-3 minute walk to the public beach access or you can rent a golf cart during your stay.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This beach house backs up to a pond that has a fountain. It provides the relaxation of listening to running water without the cost of being oceanfront. You can also rent our kayaks and use them in the pond.
