Very responsive replies to all my questions before, during and after the stay. It is a lovely property, spacious and great views. Parking was no problem and very close, here is an elevator. The area was very quiet as well. Check in was super easy.

Utah in October

The home was very spacious and inviting, it accommodated our family very nicely. we enjoyed using the patio and playing cards at the large table. We were hoping to do some more adventures, however, the weather had other plans. We did get to Zion one day and did many hikes at the Snow Canyon area. The company was very attentive to our needs and had wonderful communications all along the way. A very positive experience.

It was perfect - there were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. Great view and large rooms with closets. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying here! The views were great & the place roomy. It was perfect for our large family. We had a problem with the smoke detecter and maintenance quickly resolved our issue. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed the condo itself. Great space, super clean, spacious. The community amenities were fine, perhaps a little dated.

Wonderful place with beautiful view!

This was such an amazing place! We had a friends getway, each couple had their own room and bathroom. The beds were great, everyone slept well. Kitchen, living area and porch were spacious and comfortable for visiting and relaxing. Great location, tuacahn plays, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing all close by! We would all choose to stay there e again!

This place is amazing! It was big enough for our group of nine, and there was plenty of extra space! We enjoyed all the pools, and went every single day. We loved being able to cook and having a table large enough to eat dinner together as a family. The balcony is great, it had an amazing view of the city and was private enough for us to hang out! I underestimated traveling with 6 kids, and we were getting to the condo early, the host was really great at letting us check in early! Seriously, it was a lifesaver and they were so easy to communicate with. Also, the 3 year old helped with packing and decided to take a remote, the host was so understanding and nice, we were able to get it shipped back with no issues! If anyone ever needs a recommendation on where to stay in St. George, this is definitely it! Seriously, the pictures do not do this place justice. We loved our stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas. The condo was spotless, well‑maintained, and stocked with all the essential items we needed for a comfortable visit. The location made it incredibly easy to access the pools as well as the main roads leading to Zion National Park, which was a huge plus for our trip.Our kids especially loved the on‑site activities. Since the weather was extremely hot during our stay, they gravitated toward the shaded pools, which ended up being their favorite spots to cool off and play.One of the highlights for us was the view from the deck. It was absolutely beautiful, and we found ourselves spending our evenings out there relaxing and taking it all in.Communication with both the owner and Red Sands was excellent. Every question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly, which made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free.We would definitely recommend staying here. St. George and the surrounding area offered so much to explore, and we appreciated the hospitality throughout our visit.

We had such a great time in St George and this home was lovely. The property felt so much bigger than it was due to great layout. My kids all had their own space and own bathrooms, which made a huge difference! The kitchen is massive and fully stocked. The balcony is lovely and overlooks the city lights. I liked that the unit was kind of tucked away in the back, as the community is huge. The only negative was that all the lovely amenities were always packed with people and the community/pool areas are a little dated but overall we loved it so much and would definitely return.

The unit was very nice. We were grateful you approved us for 15 people. However, we were not excited to learn that the couch bed was in the master bedroom. That’s not the way the listing showed it. The bunk room only had one set of twin bunks, and one set of queen bunks. That caused us to not be able to use the master bedroom for us because we had to sleep grandkids in it. Grandkids complained that the couch beds were not comfortable.
