Ocean View with Pool and Sundeck

Hello Julie, Thank you for choosing to stay in our condo! From our phone conversation, I regret that you "missed" per your words, the information that was provided to you regarding bath linens. We do have quality bed linens that were folded neatly and left for your use. They are not placed on the beds as some guests prefer to utilize their own linens. There are ample dish cloths and dish towels in the kitchen drawer. I'm sorry that our second row condo did not offer you ocean front beach front views. Perhaps you missed that is across the street from the ocean in the description and I regret that being across the street was such a profound disappointment for you. As for the drains in the kitchen sink, they are aged brass, and I'm not sure what other color you'd have preferred that the be, but rest assured that they are and were clean, as they are between each stay, always. As for the wet spot on the bed, I suppose this will remain a mystery--as we have never experienced a similar situation before. However, we have never had a guest before that offered your level of critical eye. I did apologize to you directly on our phone call and offered to immediately reimburse you if you'd decided to pick up a new mattress cover locally. I can only say that we will continue to strive to provide a quality space and to meet our guests' expectations. I'm not quite sure how to appropriately respond to a "banging headboard" and "squeaky bed springs" as these would be activity related
