Although just one building back from the beach, you'll feel like you're right on the ocean as you relax on your private deck with ocean breezes and beach views. Beach access is just steps away, and there's an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when you return.
Each of the three condos in the building occupies its own full floor. Unit 3 is the top level, Unit 2 is the middle, and Unit 1 is on 1st floor. An elevator opens directly into each unit for easy access. Covered parking is available for up to three vehicles.
Inside, the spacious layout features three bedrooms: the primary bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds—perfect for families or groups.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living area and includes a breakfast bar, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all cookware and utensils needed for meals at home. The property also features high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.
