We booked the property for the Loveland Sculpture Fair and it was perfect for the two of us.Immaculate property and we loved the backyard.

Very convenient location to downtown Loveland. Home was clean and well-stocked kitchen. Definitely recommend this place.

Carolina is an AMAZING hostess. This is by far my favorite vacation/airbnb type of rental I have booked or stayed in yet! The communication is outstanding, the house is in a great quiet neighborhood. Super clean, very comfy beds, and welcome feel to the house. The house is within easy walking distance to some great places to eat or get a beverage. When I am going to be in this area again, I will definitely try to book this place again!

The house was very clean and a great location! It was fully stocked with all the necessities and the host, Carolina, was pleasant and very helpful. I will say the backyard is the perfect gathering place, loved the atmosphere!!

We loved this property! It was perfect for the 5 of us. We were in town for the CSU graduation and decided to stay in Loveland where it was quieter and easier to get into restaurants and we were so happy we did. This place is very close to downtown, had a great little backyard where we had a nice graduation get together, and was so cute. Super clean and new. The host was fabulous. Highly recommend.

Small duplex unit with nice space in back for sitting and sharing. One block from the downtown strip with restaurants and a few bars. Kitchen small but capable.
