The main bedroom is large, airy, with brand new a/c and ceiling fan, king size bed and a beautiful leather desk and chairs. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with a big shower and is connected to a closet room with the safe.

The second bedroom has a door that goes directly by the pool, a queen size bed and a single one, a/c, ceiling fan and is connected to the bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stoves, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffe machine, moka, blender, toaster, kettle and more. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a culinary enthusiast, the kitchen provides everything you need to whip up Caribbean-inspired delicacies.

The living room is adorned with elegant yet cozy furnishings, where you can relax with a book or enjoy quality time with loved ones; sofa and couches, cable TV, and large glass window-doors that allow the Caribbean sunlight to flood the living spaces, creating an airy and open atmosphere.

The focal point of this paradise is the private pool, a shimmering oasis of crystal-clear water that sparkles under the golden rays of the sun. Surrounded by an expansive deck furnished with lounge chairs shaded by the palm tree, barbecue, tables and chairs.

Adjacent to the pool is the lush tropical garden, a riot of color and life that transports you to a world of exotic beauty; fruit trees like mango , lemon, tamarind, soursop and golden apple.

There is cover garage inside the property where you can easily park more than one car.

Great location: Jolly Harbour is 10 minutes driving, Hermitage Bay and Pearns Points are 15 minutes walking distance or 3 minutes driving, St john's is 20 minutes and the airport 35.
