Cozy place and great location. 25 minute walk to the village and 5 minute walk to Fort Rock. Quiet area too Hot tub seemed brand new. Good home for a family.

House was clean when we arrived. Close to park and has a large living room for relaxing at the end of the day. Bummed the hot tub wasn’t working for our stay.

Nice home and very well kept. The jacuzzi didn't work , the water was just warm not hot The heater wasn't keeping the house warm it would default to a low temp and not heat upon a manual adjustment

My favorite spot so far at Sunriver

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the house was very clean. Couch had vacuum marks which is detail we never see in Sunriver. I always have to clean and vacuum upon arrival. This was the first time in 10 years I didn't. Beds and rooms were comfortable. Hot was perfect for family. Outside patio in great condition. No slivers in feet which is always a concern with children. Living room was perfect size for family. Large TV. DISH TV. House stayed cool in 90s. Perfect access to fort rock via bike or walking. Came with brita water pitcher and filter which my daughter appreciated. Only draw back no garage access so bikes stayed outside. Propane ran out but was replaced within 2 hours of emailing. Everything is emailed and texted to you so no guest book. Theres 2 loops so kids can bike around the quiet neighborhood. Backyard is along main road but is was quiet and not distracting for us.

We’re also glad the location made it easy to enjoy Fort Rock by bike or on foot and that the quiet neighborhood loops were a hit with the kids. We apologize for the propane running out, but we’re glad we were able to get that replaced quickly for you. We also understand that having a secure place for the bikes would have been helpful, and we appreciate you mentioning it.
