The location was perfect for lovely walks on the beach. The parking was easy. It was clean and pet friendly and the host was easy to communicate with. I would recommend it and come again.

We loved the quick access to the beach and beds were comfy. We paid premium due to it being car week. But happy to find a place so nice on short notice.

Loved this place! Worked perfectly for our family! Very clean, comfortable, plenty of items for preparing meals, host very responsive, parking never an issue, walked to the beach, wonderful!Grateful to have the chance to stay here.

Great place near the beach and with lots of space to hang out and enjoy family time. It was pouring rain and the space was so cozy it didn’t even bother us that we were cooped up. Lovely spot would definitely go back.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will continue to next time we are in Aptos. Beautiful home that provides everything we need. Short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Access to the charming beach was incredible - just a very short walk down the one-way road. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by mature trees. The rooms were comfy and it had everything we needed. Parking was fine - two cars in the driveway as promised. Aptos is a lovely village - there is a great place for ice cream near the huge grocery store up the road too.

This property is very comfortable. Small but well stocked kitchen. Sunny private backyard. Plenty of space to relax in the living room or upstairs with the pool table. The gas fireplace made a perfect warm and cozy setting for libations in the evening and coffee in the morning.

Spacious, modern, clean and bright. Restful. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated. Many sleeping and hang out areas (patio garden with grill and outdoor shower and pool table. Convenient parking and good internet. Peaceful and close to beach. Perfect for small groups or families with children or elderly. Loved it and was happy to bring my family there.

Clean & awesome beach house, walk to the beach and awesome mountain or gravel road biking pedaling right from the house. Shops/food isn’t really walkable due to walking along a very busy & tight road. A dog was barking loudly as we were packing up, super glad that waited til departure. It was perfectly quiet & peaceful during our stay before packing up. The loft bed facing the driveway was nothing short of a magical place to sleep. Pool table was a hoot. We’d absolutely stay here again, sure hope to return. The Hideaway is 6 minutes away with outstanding food. Beach & MTB without driving is truly a treat, must mention this again as that’s quite rare.

The property and house were beautiful! Clean, nice location. We stayed for my daughter's birthday and the proximity to the beach was wonderful! The amenities were ok. We had a great stay. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of communication with the hosts. We had some adjustments to make before our stat and it seemed that turn around time in messaging was about 2 days. Also, the wifi information was not posted anywhere in the house or check in guide so we had to message the host and did not hear back for quite a few hours. Not a huge thing. Overall this place was great and we'd love to come back!

My family and I had a nice, relaxing stay. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the backyard and propane BBQ.The location was convenient, about a five-minute walk to the beach, with stores and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful.We enjoyed the pool table, although walls and a railing are close on three sides, requiring the shorter cues for some shots. The TV in that area didn't work, but the downstairs TV did.The biggest negative was the heat. There is no A/C, and the thermostat's cool setting did not work. To be fair, we were there during unusually hot weather, but the upstairs bedroom stayed very hot even at night. There are two fans, but we didn't find both until later in our stay.Signs above the toilets warn of sensitive plumbing and a minimum 5,000 repair fee for blockages caused by improper disposal.There was stagnant-looking water near the route to the beach with quite a few mosquitoes, though they weren't a problem at the house.Management was nice and responsive. We found a stained towel and sent a picture so there wouldn't be any misunderstanding. They responded right away, which I appreciated.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would have enjoyed it even more in cooler weather.

This place was most excellent and relaxing. There were 7 of us (2 adults 4 young teens and a pooch) and the house was perfect. A very easy walk to the beach (tip cross over the bridge for easier access) which was less than 10 minutes away. A few options for food/coffee in town (next to beach) made it easy to augment our beach picnic fare. Up the street (5 minutes by car) is a strip mall with a Safeway, ice cream parlor, taqueria, etc. If you have desires to leave Aptos, SC and Capitola are 10-15 minutes away but we found very little reason to do so. No AC but the ocean breeze cools down the place a lot. Kristen & Shane, who run/own O'Neal rentals, were super attentive and helpful as was their staff. Great communications and easy peasy instructions. Would definitely stay there again.
