-Washable cloth napkins.
-1 set of backup towels and bed linens.
-Laundry detergent, bleach, stain spray.
-4 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
-Long matches for fire pit.

***NOT SUPPLIED BY HOST***
-We DO NOT provide beach towels for the lake or pools. Please bring your own and do not use Jacuzzi or bath towels offsite. Thank you for your understanding.

-We DO NOT supply coffee or tea as preferences vary widely.

-We DO NOT supply food items out of abundance of caution for those who have food allergies. Previous guests may leave items. Use at your discretion as we cannot guarantee anything about any food products in the house.

-We DO NOT supply firewood, which can be found all over the area at gas stations. Also, private homes all over the area sell firewood street-side via the honor system (simply leave cash in a lock box).

★ CANCELLATIONS ★
Please understand that our cancellation policy is set to moderate. If there is an extenuating circumstance, you are able to discuss with VRBO and they will review your claim. Otherwise, all other cancellations will be treated the same as explained by VRBO policy - no exceptions.

★ CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ★
We cannot accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. We allow for same day check-ins and check-outs, and therefore need the entire time between guests to reset units. Check-in is strictly at 4 PM or later and check-out is at 10 AM or before.

★ ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ★
No additional visitors at any time, other than the guests accounted for in your reservation. We do have actively recording exterior security cameras monitoring the parking area at all times to ensure that the number of guests on your reservation is accurate. All guests after 6 guests will be charged the extra guest fee.

★ QUIET HOURS ★
This is a private home on 2.5 acres, so you can enjoy yourself outside. We ask that quiet hours are from 11pm - 9am, daily, as we do have neighbors who could be disturbed by loud, late night music, etc . It does not mean you need to be inside at this time, it just means to use reasonable levels of volume.

★ INFANTS AND TODDLERS ★
We do not provide cribs, high chairs or any furniture for this age group. Our home has finished concrete floors throughout, with area rugs. Please consider the qualities of concrete flooring if you have children that crawl or are learning to walk.

★ NO SMOKING ★
Our entire property is non-smoking. This includes cannabis and vaping. Any smoking or vaping evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ BE RESPECTFUL ★
Please understand that while our home is completely private, this property has neighbors. Thank you for your understanding and respectful visit.
