We stayed here with a party of 12. With the added casita it fit everyone comfortably (ages 10-67). We felt safe the whole stay. So many seashells! Easy access to the beach. Very few people to bother you on the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet stay, this is your place. It was an easy drive to town to get anything we needed and eat at restaurants (around 30-40 min drive). Plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles in the enclosed yard. Vendors did stop by and we received massages, horseback rides, hena, mangoes. Oh, bring a paddle because the paddle board is missing that! Would definitely stay here again.

Oh shoot! We do not advertise that we have a Paddle Board. You may have found the owner's that is kept in the garage. We do not have a Paddle Board for guests. Just letting folks know. Kayleen and her family were a pleasure from booking all through check out and beyond. I highly recommend them as guests! She was also very helpful in communication about their stay. Host and owners feel this is very important and valuable. Thank you, Kim

I have been coming to RP for what seems like forever and it’s not often that I see a new listing available. House was clean and just like the pictures. Hosts Kim & Barney were amazing. I had a few questions that they were super quick to answer and they also helped me with a last minute booking. Would definitely come back!

We travel to RP many times a year & the good rentals go very quickly; especially since we have to travel with our dogs and we can only stay for a couple of nights. Last minute trips (as in we can leave tomorrow) don’t always work out and I never have high hopes when I try to find somewhere to stay. I reached out to a couple of different places, hoping that someone would even get back to me quickly enough. Kim responded immediately and said that a 2 night rental was not a problem at all. The very green house was immaculate and the proximity to the water was perfect! We would definitely come back. Thank you!
