Absolutely wonderful lodge to stay at, clean and perfect for our party of 8 people. The host was very nice and the property was beautiful! We very much enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this place to others!

Black Bear Lodge was a great fit for our family. Close to all the attractions yet a quiet place to rest and get ready for the next day. Home was equipped with everything we needed. The tub/shower in upstairs rooms are difficult for elderly to enter and exit. The tubs were extremely slippery and could really use non slip mats. Host was prompt to take care of any needs during our stay. Really enjoyed the lake and adjacent walking trail.

This was the perfect house for our family. My mom is 90, grandkids and us had a wonderful time and a beautiful view! My grand daughter caught fish and released them back and it was awesome!

Wonderful time with famiky

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The screened in porch was fantastic as we spent each morning and evening there visiting as a family. Highly recommend!

Branson Trip

This house was perfect for our families with 4 adults and 6 kids. It was easy in and out to go do everything we needed and conveniently close to stores in West Branson. Highly recommend.

Nice cabin that had four comfortable king size bedrooms with individual bathrooms. Nice views we loved the screened in porch.

Loved the location. We used the sand volleyball court. Boys fushed in back yard. Loved the screened in porch for game nights.

Davidson vacation 2023

This is our 3rd year staying at this property and we had a great time. Our favorite place is sitting on the back deck looking out at the lake. Can't wait til next year!

softball trip!

Great place to stay. The owner is Very accommodating and helpful with everything to make sure your stay is peaceful! I would definitely reccomend staying here and I will be back for another vacation! We made awesome memories there!

Fall Break getaway

The lodge was beautiful. It was everything we asked for and more. The owner was great to answer all my questions and quick to respond every time. We have plans to return sometime in the future.

We love Stonebridge!

We have a fantastic time at this cabin! We loved the screened in back porch over the water. It is an easy walk to the pool too! The kitchen is very well stocked! We didn’t even have to clean anything when we left!! Bonus!!

Perfect Vacation Lodge

This lodge had everything we expected and more. Four couples from Louisiana enjoyed our Branson vacation even more due to this comfortable and relaxing lodge. Angie, one of the owners, was extremely pleasant to work with and offered many tips and helpful hints. The lodge is clean and has all the comforts of home. The scenery from the lodge is beautiful, very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Great get a way spot.

Bear Lodge

There were 8 of us sharing this lovely home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool on the property and grilled out with the handy grill beside the house. We appreciated having our own bathrooms and the bedrooms were a nice size for moving around in. Angela was very helpful in making sure we were able to find the house all right and answered all our questions promptly. We'd stay there again and loved the location.

1 set of grandparents, 1 set of parents and their 4 boys. The 4 bedroom layout worked great.As others have said, the screened patio was a lifesaver. We had a very hot week (90) and the a/c was flawless.Enjoyed the nearby pool; access to Branson was pretty easyKitchen pretty well stockedOwner was wonderfully helpful with 2 minor problems; got the maintenance man out twice promptly to resolve them

spring break with children and grandchildren

The lodge was perfect for our family with 4bed/4bath. Everyone had their own space, but nice family area as well. Our only issue was a housekeeping issue, 4 bags of trash from the previous renters on the back deck, and what we felt was a shortage of towels until we found them wrinkled in the dryer. I would revisit The Black Bear Lodge again and recommend it to others.

Great location near activities.

Great house! The screen porch was added fun space. Loved the community pool. Close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Only suggestion is perhaps an update on kitchen. Drawer fronts were loose and there was not a lot of glassware or dinnerware. Otherwise, it was perfect!!!

The property itself was nice. Perfect size for our family of nine. The screened in porch with fan was wonderful for breakfast and coffee. The Lake right behind the house had a wonderful walking path. There was a little bit of confusion when we checked in about getting to the welcome center. Our only complaint was that we were not informed about a parking fee until the week before travel. And the parking fee was 5 per car per night and with three grown children all coming down at different times we had four cars so that was 20 per night for five nights. Which would’ve been fine had we been told at time of purchase and been prepared for that additional cost. Then, when we got there and checked in, they charged 7 per car per night. They said that the price had changed January 1 and this was July 29. And even though we had something from our host telling us it was 5 per night. They still charged us 7 per night per car and told us to take it up with our host who should’ve changed their pricing in January. I reached out to our host at the end of trip to let them know and request at least the 2 per car per night returned since the (week prior) paperwork clearly stated/highlighted 5 per car per night. I did not hear back from our host at all. That was disappointing to not even get a reply. I give the house itself 4 1/2 stars overall but the last minute 140 parking cost was outrageous.While not a life-changing amount, it still felt wrong to not be informed.
