As you enter, you'll find a modern and fully furnished space with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind in the private pool, or fire up the BBQ for a delicious cookout after a day of exploring the parks.
Guests also enjoy full access to Bella Vida Resort's clubhouse with amenities like a resort-style pool, hot tub, fitness center, sports courts, playground, and more — all within walking distance.
Located just 17 minutes from Disney and 35 minutes from Universal, you’ll enjoy easy access to the magic of the parks while relaxing in a secure and family-friendly resort community with amazing amenities.

• Fully furnished with stylish and functional decor
• Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials
• Private patio with seating area and BBQ grill (propane tank available for a fee)
• Private pool
• TVs with Roku
• Central air conditioning and water heating
• Washer, dryer, iron & ironing board
• Hair dryer

• First Floor: 1 Queen bed
• Second Floor: 1 King bed (ensuite), 2 Single beds, 2 Single beds (themed)
▶ Starter Supplies:
• 1 dish sponge
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 liquid dish soap
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 extra trash bags
• 1 small soap bar per bathroom
• 1 small shampoo and conditioner per bathroom
• 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom
• 1 laundry detergent
• Coffee filter
• Salt, pepper, sugar, and oil
• 1 washcloth per guest (must be requested in advance)
Note: For extended stays, you may want to replenish items at local stores like Walmart or Publix.
