Our stay made for a great girls trip away at the beach. 10 minute walk to beach and a short drive to most everywhere else we wanted to go. Host was great and fast to respond to any questions.

We loved our stay! Very clean and spacious! Very close (walking distance) to Coligny shops/restaurants and the beach! Can’t wait to come back and would stay here again!

This unit was very clean, its a short walk to shopping and dining. The pool was just off the back patio and its a very nice pool. definately would stay here again.

The condo was perfect for us, an older couple with our small dog. The walk to a public beach access was under 10 minutes, and the shady property was fine for short outdoor strolls. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I enjoyed sitting on the back patio to read. We would definitely rent again.

Property was excellent and as advertised; great location to be able to easily bike to the beach. We would stay there again for sure!

The proximity to the beach is not bad. It was hot so the 10 minute walk to the beach was a lot. We stayed 7 nights. We noticed a mold smell before we even walked in. When I addressed it with the owner she got back to us right away. The entire kitchen sink cabinets were falling apart the were so moldy. We understand things happen. The problem was we were stuck there for the week. We opened windows and put fans in to help. The condo was not clean. We did get a partial refund but we will not be returning. While we were leaving they were working on the mold situation. The pool in the back was nice. Just make sure the mold situation has been taken care of before you rent!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. We take guest concerns seriously and make every effort to respond quickly when something is brought to our attention. In this case, we were not made aware of any concerns until mid-stay, at which point we responded immediately. As owners who do not live locally, we traveled to the condo, replaced the dishwasher during your stay, and addressed the moisture concern associated with the malfunction as quickly as possible. We also provided a partial refund in recognition of the inconvenience. Prior to being notified of the dishwasher issue, no concerns about a musty odor or cleanliness had been communicated to us. Had we known sooner, we would have had the opportunity to investigate and address any concerns earlier. We take great pride in maintaining our condo and providing a comfortable experience for our guests. Our consistently high guest satisfaction ratings reflect the care and attention we put into hosting, and we appreciate the opportunity to address the rare situations when something unexpected occurs. We’re glad you enjoyed the pool. The dishwasher replacement and remediation have been completed, and we remain committed to providing a well-maintained home for our guests.

Another excellent stay/trip to HHI

This is our second time at this VERY convenient location. Great stay and easy to walk to the beach and breakfast or any food location with Coligny Beach area. Love this place!! Will stay again when coming to visit the kids!!

Another great stay!

We’ve been staying here for the past several years and it’s always a highlight of our summer. The kids love the pool. It’s an easy walk to the beach and ice cream shops and the amenities are just what we need for our little family.

Everything was great! Great location to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The complex was very nice. Amenities provided with stay were very convenient.

Perfect Location!

This location was perfect! We had the pool to ourselves every morning and easily biked to the beach, shopping, and even mini golf in the afternoons. The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us!

Great family getaway

This was the second time my family and I have visited Jeanine’s place and it was even better than last year! We had a great time at the pool and really enjoyed the short walk to the park and the ice cream store. The apartment had everything we needed for our daily trip to the beach and the kitchen was lovely for cooking dinner. We hope to go back again!

Wonderful Hilton Head Retreat

This condo was perfect for our family of 3! We loved that the pool was maybe 10-15 steps from the back door and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center was maybe 50 steps from the front door!! Super convenient location. Just a short walk to the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was very safe and amazingly quiet and a peaceful retreat for us. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had questions! We will definitely stay here again!!

Another great stay

This was our third time staying here and it never disappoints! The kitchen is ready to feed a family and the rooms are cozy. The kids could have lived at the pool but we made sure to get plenty of beach time too. Everything is in walking and biking distance. We barely had to see the Memorial Day crowd because in the busy afternoons we were so happy hunkering down at the condo. We just love coming here!
